Good location, dated.
Pros:

Location (close to the airport shuttle bus), exterior facade

Cons:

Room with outdated and worn-out walls and furniture—be aware that some rooms lack an en-suite bathroom. Quite far from the train station for London (accessible via a bus stop that’s a short walk away, or by walking)

Avoid! Dangerous and dirty
Pros:

This property is disgusting and dangerous. There are people that sit in the parking lot in wooden chairs smoking (not cigarettes) and they come in and out and use the bathroom. Rooms are moldy, bed furnishings not clean. Please stay anywhere else in the area, this place is a nightmare.

More like a hostel
Pros:

Except for the creepy splatter stain on the fabric headboard the room was very clean. I slept with my head at the other end. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

See creepy stain on headboard, above. Also the headboard was falling off the wall. Pretty sure I was not informed there was no lift during booking. 3 rd floor room with extremely narrow, steep stairs + 3 pieces of luggage … at 11 pm with zero “hotel” staff. The bathroom was clean tho with a broken shelf above the sink. And shared by 4 or 5 rooms. The taxi pickup I prearranged did not happen as promised, either, though it eventually worked out.

Pros:

这个旅店的老板服务特别好，很热心善良，帮我们理行李，还给我们推荐了一家好吃的餐馆！以及帮我解决了其它问题。这个床的软硬程度也很好，睡得很香！还有房间清理的员工，我们的水落在酒店，然后他送了我们矿泉水简直太好了！！

Uncomfortable and overpriced.
Pros:

The area.

Cons:

Hard bed. Cracked wash basin. Horrible view of back garden it looked like a rubbish tip . Also alarms going off at 6.30am. Also having to pay £10 to park.But the worst was when you flushed the toilet the water leaked out the back of toilet.

Not at all what I expected, considering other reviews
Pros:

Communication and welcome were great.

Cons:

The bathroom was very dirty, with splashes of what looked like vomit on the tiles. There was nothing to support the shower head. The room looked as though it was in the middle of being renovated
