Cons:

Ich war mit diesem Zimmer nicht zufrieden. Der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht richtig, und als ich mein Essen darin aufbewahrte, wurde es verdorben.

Ich habe fast vier Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht. Während dieser Zeit wurde das Zimmer nur einmal gereinigt, und selbst das wurde nicht ordentlich gemacht. Die Bettdecke und die Bettwäsche wurden überhaupt nicht gewechselt. Sie waren sehr schmutzig, und ich musste sie während meines gesamten Aufenthalts von vier Tagen benutzen.

Die Tür ließ sich nicht richtig schließen, und es gab ständig Lärm.

Insgesamt bin ich mit diesem Hotel sehr unzufrieden und würde es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Great hotel, worth the money and I'll be returning here in the future.
Pros:

Came here for the Kanye West concert, checked in quite late on the day. The hotel was great, staff was welcoming and always smiling, the hotel itself was close to the m9 metro which I needed to get to the stadium which is perfect. The price was also fantastic.

Cons:

Only thing I can comment on is that the bathroom was slightly dirty in places but really not a problem for me.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.

Cons:

A little more attention to cleanliness would further enhance an otherwise very pleasant stay.

I had a very pleasant stay at New Garden Airport Hotel & Restaurant. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a long trip. The location is also very convenient, especially for travelers using Istanbul Airport.
