The suite was nice, comfortable, and in a great location. The amenities, especially the pool and sauna, were fantastic.

The suite is nice and comfy, good location, amenities like pool and sauna are amazing.

Cons:

the service wasn’t great. The receptionist wasn’t very friendly and seemed unwilling to help us book a time for the sauna. The suite was also missing a few basic things, like the TV remote, a sponge for washing dishes, and some essential kitchen utensils. Overall, it could definitely be better with a bit more attention to the service.

Pros:

El personal de la recepción fue super buena onda y hubo buena disposición. El departamento es bastante lindo, pero cuenta con muy pocos utencilios en la cocina. No cuenta con aire acondicionado y ese día hacía bastante calor. La circulación del aire de la calle era nula cuando vos abrías la ventana.

Cons:

Empezando porque el precio publicado en Booking dista muchísimo del precio final. El cobro adicional supuestamente incluía la limpieza, pero en el mensaje del operador me pidieron incluso hasta llevar la basura al deposito del edificio, que quedaba en el subsuelo del estacionamiento. Ellos no quisieron tomar mi pago con tarjeta porque solo toman transferencias, pero en vez de poner opciones de pago en booking, te las mandan a parte por whatsapp. Incluso, me saltó una alerta de booking que mi tarjeta tenía los datos mal, cuando los tiene bien y he pagado otras estadías al mismo tiempo sin ningun problema. Ahora tengo que resolver ese desconocimiento. Se nota que el mantenimiento de la propiedad está muy tercerizado.

Ubicación perfecta, acogedor, lugar y ambiente tranquilo.
Pros:

Ubicación perfecta, cerca al aeropuerto, cerca del Mall Llanogrande, complex, hospital San Vicente y Centro comercial. Es un lugar acogedor, personal amable, alta seguridad, con todo lo necesario si estas de viaje en cuanto a cocina, área de lavado espacios de trabajo.

Cons:

Notificación de áreas como la piscina y zona húmeda que se encontraban en mantenimiento.

Pros:

Buena ubicación, bonitas instalaciones.

Cons:

Falta de mantenimiento de pisos y puertas (piso pegajoso y sucio, puerta corrediza baño en mal estado, puerta-ventana balcón no servía el seguro) aseo general muy regular, sábanas cama y toallas mal lavadas, cama dura e incómoda y desajustada.

Pros:

El espacio, el departamento es lindo. Cuenta con lo necesario como baño, cocina, cuarto y un balcon. El anfitrion estuvo muy presente (a traves de chat) para cualquier inquietud o duda.

Cons:

La limpieza dejó que desear, la ubicación si no tienes auto es un poco compleja, ya que los uber o servicios de transporte son algo costosos y no habia aire acondicionado o ventilador.

Tuve una excelente experiencia en este apartamento. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca del Aeropuerto Internacional José María Córdova, lo que lo hace muy práctico para viajar. El apartamento es amplio, cómodo y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. La limpieza fue impecable y todo estaba en perfecto estado. Sin duda, lo recomiendo ampliamente y volvería a hospedarme aquí.
