Un oasis de calme en pleine ville
Pros:

Super localisation, super projet de plantation dans leur antenne "à la campagne". Personnel super gentil! Magnifique piscine! On retourne là si on va à Siem Reap!!

Cons:

Un peu déçue par la chambre et surtout de la salle de bain. Pas en adéquation avec le standing de l'hôtel mais tellement gentils et bien placé que nous y reviendrons.

This hotel will be my reason to visit Siam Reap again.
Pros:

I have never felt compelled to give a hotel 10 stars sixty minutes into my stay, but The Urban in Cambodia might get 12. I’m a little sleepy, so maybe I’m overly generous right now, but sometimes you walk into a place and immediately know you’re going to like it.

The hospitality has been overwhelming in the best possible way. Everyone is genuinely warm, attentive, and welcoming without it feeling forced.

Now that I left, 2 nights later. I stand by everything I wrote in the first two hours above. Massage, great. Pool, great. Food and drinks, great. They know your name, the greet you with open arms. I wish I stayed longer. Oh, and maybe it was all of the temple walking, but, slept well.

This should be your stay if you’re looking at hotels.

Cons:

I didn’t like that I was too tired to remember to plant my tree. I didn’t like that I had to leave.

Absolutely phenomenal — we loved it so much we kept extending our stay.
Pros:

Everything about our stay was phenomenal. The team genuinely went above and beyond for us every step of the way and kept surprising us with how thoughtful, kind and helpful they were. We originally only booked a short stay but ended up extending more than once because we loved it so much and didn’t want to leave. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful and incredibly comfortable, the pool area is stunning, the rooms are lovely, and the location is perfect for exploring Siem Reap. It honestly felt like every little detail had been thought about, and the staff made the whole stay feel really special. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had.

Cons:

Nothing at all — genuinely couldn’t fault our stay.

Buena ubicación y buen trato del personal
Pros:

El hotel está muy cerca del centro en una zona tranquila. El trato del personal fue excelente, siempre pendientes de que nuestra estancia fuera agradable y resolviendo nuestras dudas. El desayuno está bien con varias opciones a elegir. La habitación es muy amplia aunque el cuarto de baño es un poco pequeño. La piscina está muy bien y se agradece cuando regresas de las excursiones.

À noite a voltar para o apartamento encontramos sapos e gekos grandes … a culpa não é do hotel, mas para nós foi chato ..
o colchão do quarto precisa ser renovado
