Bardzo akustyczne mieszkanie, słychać było sąsiadów z góry, miałam wrażenie że wpadną zaraz przez sufit do Nas, łóżko niewygodne, materac zapada się w środku, więc w nocy turlasz się na siebie na środku łóżka. W łazience rączka od prysznica zepsuta i brak suszarki do włosów. Na jedną noc jak w moim przypadku może być, ale nie chciałabym zostać tam na dłużej.

Da manhã pessoas da limpeza tentaram abrir a porta do quarto enquanto estávamos dormindo e fazendo muito barulho nos corredores . Por duas vezes tentaram abrir a porta do quarto antes das 11 horas . Me sentir incomodado e fui embora antes do combinado . Sensação horrível e falta de privacidade .

Sábanas sucias, pelos de otras personas en las sabanas nada más abrimos la cama, sangre debajo de la almohada ... La caja donde hay que dejar las llaves tenía un PIN que cada vez que llegabamos estaba puesto...

O ar condicionado não estava a funcionar muito bem.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this accommodation was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property was not maintained to an acceptable standard. The cleanliness was poor, and finding a dirty mattress was completely unacceptable. This immediately raised concerns about the overall hygiene of the accommodation.

The noise situation was equally problematic. Throughout our stay, there was excessive noise that made it very difficult to sleep and properly rest. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we spent a significant amount of time dealing with issues that should never have existed in the first place.

What frustrated us the most was the way these concerns were handled. The property owner was not open to constructive communication and showed little willingness to acknowledge or properly address the problems we reported. Rather than feeling supported as guests, we felt ignored.

The handling of the complaint through Booking.com⁠ was also extremely disappointing. I had to contact customer service five separate times to follow up on this case. Each call required repeating the same information, and despite the time and effort spent, the matter is still not fully resolved. I was even promised a €45 goodwill refund, which I am still waiting to receive.

The combination of poor cleanliness, an unsanitary mattress, constant noise, lack of cooperation from the host, and the exhausting complaint process turned what should have been a pleasant stay into a stressful experience.

I would strongly advise future guests to think carefully before booking this property. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Altrimenti è un loculo. E non è molto pulito, potrebbero dare una svecchiata all' appartamento, il potenziale c'è.
