Peaceful hideaway near Bich Dong Pagoda
Pros:

one night stay alone. The location is perfect - quiet village, close to Bich Dong Pagoda and they have a waterfall restaurant in their area. It's very convenient for us to get complimentary breakfast without going so far. Room was ok, tidy.
The family staff were so warm and welcoming.

Pros:

The price exceeded our expectations. Our package includes a private room and breakfast at the Waterfall Restaurant.
The host is kind and friendly. It's convenient to go to Tam Coc or Mua Cave. It's not far.
The Surroundings is peaceful and refreshing.

Not what i expected
Pros:

The restaurant food was amazing especially the local goat dishes and the oudoor seating.

Cons:

The room i booked was not available. I was told this the same day i was to arrive. My only options were a smaller room for less money or a larger room for more money. It was so disappointing. . It was noisy, i could hear people next door and the people outside and the shower head was broken.

The staff are kind ( they are family-run business )
Pros:

Solo backpacker. Great value for me- including breakfast. Location is quiet, like village but they have everything i need. The restaurant is perfect as we no need to go far to find meals. They serve from morning till to around 10pm. I recommend Pizza.

Pros:

Giá hợp lí bao gồm ăn sáng, có hồ bơi. Nhà hàng phục vụ ăn sáng ngay cạnh thác nước đẹp, yên tĩnh, nhẹ nhàng ạ.
Gần chùa Bích Động và Tam Cốc, Thung Nham. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, các cô, anh hỗ trợ mình nhiệt tình lắm ạ.

Value and Authenticity
Pros:

Cozy homestay with private room. The staff are kind and helpful. Location is good when we could sleep well, they are away from tam coc ( 5-7 minutes ). They are next to Watefall and near Bich Dong Pagoda. Enjoy dinner next to amazing waterfall and beautiful lotus pond.

Pros:

Le personnel est très sympathique. Le cadre est agréable. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine et utilisé les vélos mis à disposition ( service payant). Cela a compensé le léger désappointement face à la chambre.

Cons:

La chambre est petite et n’a pas de fenêtres mais juste des volets. Cela oblige assez souvent à vivre dans le noir. Pour un prix plus élevé, il y a des bungalow qui avaient l’air très confortables.

Health Hazard
Pros:

They charged me 200 000 VND for the 1 hour and let me cancel my stay and leave, grateful for that.

Cons:

Checked in to the room above the restaurant area, sat there for about 30 minutes in shock, the mold was really bad the air conditioner and fan looks like it has never been cleaned. Ended up asking them for a cancellation because I knew I would just get sick breathing in there. I only booked this place because a friend recommended when he stayed a few years ago but he said it never was like this and was shocked too. Trust the reviews if you can handle it then go ahead. The boy at reception also has a bit of an attitude, overall the vibe there just feels so so off.

Pros:

Cao Thach Homestay exceeded our expectations. Tucked away in peaceful village just a short walk to Bich Dong.
The staff are kind and friendly. They are always smiling. Breakfast is fresh daily. I choose dinner and lunch in their restaurant which is well-known Italian Pizza.

Très bel hôtel à tam coc je recommande
Pros:

Très bon hôtel bien situé autours des centres d’intérêt de cette région
Vélo autours de 1€ la journée et scooter en location aussi non cher
Petit déjeuner excellent mon préféré depuis mon arrivée au vietnam
Chambre spacieuse et jolie

Cons:

Propreté assez relative dans la chambre mais les draps et serviettes sentent très bon et sont très propres
Piscine assez sale en fin de journée
