Pool deck. Great linens. Slept well.
Very unfriendly staff. Elevator smells of weed. The appliances in the studios have a permanent buzzing sound that will drive you mad. The balcony situation is SO sad! They felt like individual dog kennels!
Loved the layout and how it felt like an apartment but was still a hotel. Felt v cosy, easy access and eclectic
The pricing
The pool area and the lounge facilities.
The cleanliness of our room.
Beautiful apartment and pool
Property has charged me twice for my stay!! Still have not recovered my money 3 weeks later.
Staff also rude and not attentive to your needs whatsoever
Best hotel gym in New Orleans
Bed was comfortable but a little too soft
The location was fine but there are dozens of other hotels in the vicinity with better amenities, rooms and staff. Will say the pool was nice enough and without it I would have nothing good to say.
Ok I never leave bad reviews but this place was the worst. The woman at the check in desk was horribly rude and made me and my partner feel like a nuisance for literally just checking in to our room. We felt wholly unwelcome on the premises, as did two other couples who checked in at a different time. Additionally, the rooms felt dirty, the “balcony” furniture was tattered and dingy, the chain was broken to open the blinds, and we couldn’t get the tv to work. Apparently the only way to use the tv is to connect to your phone which I was unable to do the entire time we were there. I learned that my other friends in two other rooms were unable either and had various issues with their rooms as well. We addressed this with the same incredibly rude woman working the desk and she basically told me “oh well”. Also, and I know New Orleans quite well and this happens, but I was greeted by a literal gigantic rat eating a leftover sandwich from (I assume) a previous guest on the balcony upon arrival. Which brings me to my next point - the balcony. I now understand why there are no advertised full pictures of the balcony anywhere on the website; it opens up to hot concrete nothingness and a painted concrete wall from a neighboring building. And the balcony on the very end where some of my other friends stayed? That one overlooks the dumpsters. I was livid about the experience especially since I recommended two other couples stay there for a birthday weekend. Absolutely a joke and a waste of money. I travel A LOT and I have not been this disappointed in a property very often, if ever.
Cool vibe, creative/artistic decor, pool was legit for getting a little sun, property is attached to a members and guests only workspace/lounge/restuarant/bar. Food was priced well and you could order it to your pool chair. Room was spacious and comfy and modern, gym was way more than I expected. 5 minute walk to convention center!
Such a fantastic location in the heart of the warehouse district, right around the corner from some of the best restaurants in the city. The vibes are giving Soho-house esque - especially up at the pool and bar. We were delighted to discover our room included a washer and a dryer, dishwasher etc. Would definitely stay here again.
It would be nice to have the option of refilling filter water on the floor where the room is rather than trekking downstairs to the common house every day but that is a minor thing. The mattress and pillows were not great either - could do with being firmer!
Nice room
Small beds
Very helpful, friendly staff! Room was large and comfortable, furnished tastefully. Loved having a refrigerator, dishwasher, and laundry in the room. Location is convenient to the convention center and WWII Museum (not far from the French Quarter either). We would definitely stay here again.
Very beautiful and new.
Tv didn’t work.
Front desk is not always available.
Contact phones did not respond.
Absolutely no sound isolation.
Beautiful decor.
Staff unhelpful and unfriendly which I’ve seen is a general theme in other comments. Never emailed back to any enquiries I had. We checked in and out with a max of 8 said in total by staff.
No housekeeping/ change of towels / toiletries top up for a 3 night stay. I would have thought twice about booking if I had know.
Road is on rubble and very run down. Have to get through a building site to get to hotel entrance (which is pretty hidden).
Location I would prefer closer to french quarter as there is not much at all in and around.
Pool area is beautiful but let down by very dirty floor and there were 6 gardeners carrying lots of compost in and around us which was impacting our relaxation. Also pool bar closed this day. Seems weird there is 6+ staff on the gardening and other staff around but not one person can offer services for drinks
Seems like it is set up for apartments mainly and not for hotel guests. Think they need to re label their advertising for a ‘hotel’ and make it clear what service you will get (none basically!)
Room and location were great
Check in staff not friendly, construction outside the entrance was a little hazardous
