Very helpful, friendly staff! Room was large and comfortable, furnished tastefully. Loved having a refrigerator, dishwasher, and laundry in the room. Location is convenient to the convention center and WWII Museum (not far from the French Quarter either). We would definitely stay here again.
Very beautiful and new.
Tv didn’t work.
Front desk is not always available.
Contact phones did not respond.
Absolutely no sound isolation.
Beautiful decor.
Staff unhelpful and unfriendly which I’ve seen is a general theme in other comments. Never emailed back to any enquiries I had. We checked in and out with a max of 8 said in total by staff.
No housekeeping/ change of towels / toiletries top up for a 3 night stay. I would have thought twice about booking if I had know.
Road is on rubble and very run down. Have to get through a building site to get to hotel entrance (which is pretty hidden).
Location I would prefer closer to french quarter as there is not much at all in and around.
Pool area is beautiful but let down by very dirty floor and there were 6 gardeners carrying lots of compost in and around us which was impacting our relaxation. Also pool bar closed this day. Seems weird there is 6+ staff on the gardening and other staff around but not one person can offer services for drinks
Seems like it is set up for apartments mainly and not for hotel guests. Think they need to re label their advertising for a ‘hotel’ and make it clear what service you will get (none basically!)
Room and location were great
Check in staff not friendly, construction outside the entrance was a little hazardous
It’s an absolutely beautiful hotel and in a great location. We didn’t want to stay near Bourbon St and I am so glad we didn’t! It was a quick walk to the main attractions, but quiet at night.
There was a significant amount of construction happening at the entrance, but that’s my only complaint.
I liked the rooftop pool
The staff, the check in process, noisy construction next door,
Everything!! Stunning building converted into apartments and hotel. Staff great and the decor was beautiful. This was our last hotel of a road trip and wish we had stayed here when we landed in New Orleans.
Great bars and restaurants close by and an easy stroll into The French Quarter.
Nothing. Would recommend to anyone.
I love that you don’t really have to leave if you don’t want
I think our room had mold. It was very humid and I had a hard time breathing even thought the air was set at 67 degrees
Beautiful and comfortable stay, so many amenities, great location
None
Great room great location. Cool building
There was absolutely zero service
All staff were clueless
We could not get more towels in the 5 days we stayed. Never had such indifferent people in a hotel
We loved having a kitchen and a patio, which made for a lovely opportunity to have breakfast and lunch. The rooftop pool was great. Location was central and on a quiet street in quieter part of the city, but accessible to many areas. We liked being near museums and galleries.
The front desk staff wasn't always available and misinformed us on a few things (e.g. said they would order us a cab and didn't). We are an older couple and this place seemed geared for younger people.
Location was great, roof top pool was lovely!
Bed was a small double
