Pros:

The staff were so accommodating, Kym was lovely and so helpful! The room was simple but very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Shower was hot and had great pressure. Was really great value for money.

Pros:

Everything was great. Great location, friendly staff, safe parking , everything you need close by :)

Cons:

Only two things to be honest but minor really.

a small gap in the bottom of the shower railing that caused the floor to flood around the toilet area when having a shower (I used a towel to block it the 2nd night).

Tv was a bit laggy, maybe remote batteries were dying?

Only there for one night but it was great!
Pros:

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The bed was super comfy. Great location. Service station over the road and a pub next door. Very secure! All rooms were gate access.

Cons:

Bottled water provided would have been awesome.

Unexpected gem!
Pros:

Great location
EXCELLENT SERVICE from everyone onsite - reception, food staff in the restaurant, over and above!
Very secure with gated parking
Very clean and quite modern - not expected given it's attached to a pub!
That said, it is separate enough from the pub so noise doesn't carry over.
Room well appointed with a big microwave. As others have said, maybe some bowls/small plates would be a great addition.

Cons:

Unfortunately the bed lets it down a little. Passable, but a mattress topper would make a world of difference.

Pros:

Good size room.
Nice cafe nearby.

Cons:

Big heavy quilt, way to hot to sleep under, we had to strip it out and sleep under the cover.
A/C thermostat not working correctly.
