Good value. Clean, tidy and can recommend with some improvements.
Pros:

I needed this location for work and for the price, it’s great value! The breakfast with the vouchers at the brunch shop across the road is also very good!

Rooms are very clean, tidy, well maintained with good window views and natural sunlight.

Water and coffee machine near reception.

I stayed twice in two different rooms.

Cons:

Check in is 4pm which is fine, but even they told me my room was ready, they wouldn’t let me go into the room at 3pm unless you pay 200nt. I understand these are rules, but I think a little more caring for the customer and flexibility would be suitable in this situation.

I also complained on my second stay, because I was placed close to the reception and elevator and it was a little noisier. Staff would not change my room because they said I had walked into my room already and it was ‘used’, and I can get a refund but would take some days. Again, this shows that extra customer service care can make this hotel even better.

Overall, the staff are nice people. No problem with them and I had nice, peaceful stays. I would recommend to stay here.

人員服務親切，房間乾淨沒有煙味，插座很多，浴池很大，外出走幾步附近就有便利商店，十分方便
