Ich war beeindruckt von der Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, besonders vom Restaurant- Manager, Mister Craig.
Er hat mich aus einer SEHR misslichen Lage befreit.

Ich bin mit dem Taxi zum Hotel gefahren. Als ich zahlen wollte, funktionierten im Taxi meine beiden Karten nicht. Und Bargeld hatte ich keines dabei.

Die Rezeptionistin hat überlegt, wie sie mir helfen kann und dann den in der Zeit anwesenden Manager angerufen. Das war eben der Restaurant- Manager, Mister Craig.
Er hat zuerst dem Taxifahrer erklärt, dass sein Preis überzogen ist. Dann hat er einfach meine Taxi- Rechnung aus seiner Tasche bezahlt.
Ich war total beeindruckt von solcher Gastfreundschaft. Ich bedankte mich und
natürlich versicherte ich ihm, dass ich ihm das Geld zurückgeben möchte. Das wollte er jedoch nicht. Ich habe versucht, ihn zu überreden, es doch anzunehmen, was mir nicht gelungen ist.
Zum Schluss habe ich beim Checkout ein Kuvert mit seinem Namen bei der Rezeption hinterlassen. Sonst hätte er wirklich 60 $ bezahlt, einfach aus reiner Herzensgüte.
Hyatt House, halten Sie diesen Mitarbeiter gut fest!

Stressful and aggravating
Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

There is ZERO parking and zero space to unload. They should let you know at booking that it’s a $25-$35 per night charge and you have to find your own parking on the street or parking garages and walk a block back to the hotel

Apart from the noise, stay was fine
Pros:

Roof top bar was great, food very good & really friendly staff

Cons:

The noise, moved from 1st room as air con was so noisy, was moved to another room, which was ok but was woken at 6.30 by noise in the street from lorry emptying bins, don’t stay in room 603.
