Solid stay. Would recommend.
Pros:

The hotel is very charming and cute. There's a lot of history to the building. The common spaces are great. The restaurant/bar onsite is solid. I love the courtyard. Out of the whole neighborhood, it's a charming little oasis.

Cons:

I wish there was a fridge in the room. There was a dirty sock at the foot of the night stand. Parking in the area is doable but read the signs carefully. The 65 dollar overnight parking seemed steep for not being able to take a car in and out without 30 min notice.
