Das Hotel nimmt Kritik ernst und verbessert sich ständig, bin positiv überrascht.

Das Frühstück hat mich positiv überrascht, der Obstsalat war perfekt für die Müssli Zubereitung, der Schinken - Salami Aufschnitt war sehr gut und immer frisch, Das Angebot an Müssli war top und das Dinkelbrot war sehr gut. Glücklicherweise war der Kaffeeautomat die ganze Woche defekt und es gab immer Italienischen Kaffee aus der Espressomaschine, wunderbar. Sehr freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen besonders beim Frühstück. Die Zimmer warten noch immer auf einen Safe, die Lage neben der Kirche schreckt unehrliche Gäste sicherlich ab. Der Ausblick auf den Platz vor der Kirche gefällt immer wieder. Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist nicht zu toppen, leider gab es diesmal keinen Garagenplatz wegen Umbauarbeiten. Zur Benützung des WC muss aus Platzmangel die Dusche geöffnet werden um eine Sitzposition einzunehmen. Große Polsterauswahl und ruhiges Zimmer.

Posizione comoda per visitare il paese ed il personale che si è dimostrato disponibile pur non potendo risolvere i problemi della struttura.

Cons:

La camera 104 è situata fuori dal plesso dell'albergo. Non segnalato nella descrizione. Non possiede finestre ma una porta finestra che affaccia sulla piazza centrale a livello strada. Assenza di riservatezza estesa anche ai servizi igienici, risolvibile solo sbarrando le persiane rinunciando alla luce e alla ventilazione. Salubrità dell'aria, nota negativa, dato che le vetture e i pullman in sosta per lo scarico bagagli provocano un persistente fastidio respiratorio. Mancanza di privacy per il continuo via vai delle persone. Inquinamento acustico dovuto alla movida, al passaggio sulla piazza e le campane della chiesa adiacente. Camera non isolata anche dall'interno visto che i rumori provengono anche dal magazzino adiacente alla camera. Serrando la camera per cercare di limitare i disaggi ci si ritrova a dover tener accesa costantemente l'aria condizionata che non risulta essere sufficiente forse per una mancata manutenzione. L'alloggio è carente di conseguenza di supporti per far asciugare ed appendere gli indumenti bagnati e i teli bagno.

Pros:

Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile. La stanza era graziosa e l'aria condizionata funzionava talmente tanto bene che faceva quasi freddo 😂.
La posizione è davvero grandiosa nel centro del paesino e vicino a tanti ristoranti e servizi.

Schönes Hotel. Tolle Lage. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war ungemütlich. Der Frühstücksraum befindet sich im Untergeschoß. Das Personal fing schon eine halbe Stunde vor Ende der Frühstückszeit mit lautstarkem Aufräumen an. Da geht man besser in eine Cafeteria im Ort.
Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig.
