Le cadre magnifique, l’ambiance du lieu et le dépaysement.
Le service parfois un peu lent et certains détails qui manquaient de soin.
amazing location and very friendly staff.
Gareth made us feel welcome from the moment we drove up the drive. We chose to eat at the Bryntrinion Inn and the food was excellent. The rooms were fantastic, the breakfast was equally fantastic. The whole experience was exceptional. We will definitely return.
one of the best hotels - the porter looked after us from the outset. The stuff made us feel at home, we stayed with our two children and our dog.
nothing
Grand place
No air conditioning but it’s an old building
Lovely grounds, beautiful setting. Loved the grandeur of the property. Staff were all very polite and accommodating to my requests.
It was a very special place.
Due to the hot weather many rooms were unbearably hot forcing us to seek our final evening meal at the nearby pub as the full menu couldn’t be offered on the terrace and we needed something more substantial than a light snack. This wasn’t a great problem but we would have loved to try the food we’d heard so much about other than just the breakfast.
Beautiful hotel with stunning grounds. Very high quality food.
Very poor customer service. Refused entry to breakfast despite arriving just before the end of service. However, the most upsetting issue was the lack of flexibility to accommodate my husband's mobility needs. I asked whether there was a shorter route my husband could take to access the hotel gardens. A particular member of staff was very unhelpful and did not offer any alternative options. It was only later in the day that another member of the team, Megan, suggested that my husband use the staff entrance to the garden, which was a much shorter route. We made sure that we were at breakfast in plenty of time the following day and were promptly served. Breakfast is table service but once we received our order, no-one checked whether we needed anything else. We also had some housekeeping issues in the room. Very disappointing experience for such a beautiful hotel.
Great staff and beautiful building and gardens
Rooms a little pricey
The setting, the nearby pub, the kitchen garden, comfortable room with slipper bath
The shower handle stuck, too much explanation about food at dinner
It was a beautiful building in a peaceful location
Nothing
