Balayımız için yaptığım rezervasyonda buradaki okyanus manzaralı suiti tercih etmiştik. Ödemesini önden yaptık ve check-in sırasında bizim ayırttığımız suitin oda numarası yazılıydı. Daha sonra oteldeki arkadaşlar bizi bambaşka bi odaya götürdü biz de seçtiğimiz odanın bu olmadığını suit için para ödediğimizi belirttik onlar da orası dolu başkası var sizin odanız burası diye aradan herhangi bir odayı yanıt verdiler. Korkunç derecede kaba tavırları vardı. Uzun uğraşlar sonucu paramızı iade ettiler ve biz saatlerce yeni otel aramak zorunda kaldık. Kötü bir deneyimdi tavsiye etmem.

Cons:

La chambre a été bruyante à cause du vent. En effet, celui-ci s’infiltrait par les fenêtres, faisant bouger les rideaux toute la nuit, ce qui a constitué une nuisance sonore pénible pour les amateurs de calme.

Pros:

The reception team was exceptional. The manager went above and beyond, making sure that we were comfortable and happy. They made a perfect design on the bed, wishing us a happy honeymoon. We had an amazing room, Suite with Ocean View. Watching the infinite ocean at night, and the sunrise from our bedroom window was a lifelong memory. The sound of the wond on the rooftop was relaxing, but there is the option of ear plugs. The breakfast is a la carte and big portions.

Cons:

There is nothing that we didn't like.

Un super hôtel
Pros:

La chambre était très belle et très propre, et même plus grande que ce qu'on pensait. L'hôtel en lui même est magnifique et permet d'avoir vue sur le lever du soleil. La piscine est aussi parfaitement entretenue. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux (surtout les Avocado Toasts et le Smoothie Bowl) ! Les membres du personnel étaient serviables et très gentils. Ils nous ont notamment aidé à réserver un taxi en négociant le prix pour nous.
Il y a une supérette à proximité de l'hôtel ainsi que plusieurs restaurants et warung (je vous conseille le warung Twins 88).
En bref, c'est un très bon hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité-prix !

The noise from our room. Dogs, cats , next door neighbors. They did provide us with earplugs but still. Breakfast only 3 options to choose.

Great Views, Excellent Service, and a Fantastic Location!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Alana Penida Hotel. The highlights were definitely the incredible views and the stunning sunrise spot right at the property—waking up to that every morning was unforgettable.
The crew was exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our time here. We also loved the convenience of having breakfast delivered directly to our room, which made our mornings feel very special and relaxed. The location is excellent; it's very well-positioned, and there are plenty of local warungs and convenience stores just a short walk away, making it easy to grab whatever you need.

Cons:

The only downsides to keep in mind are that the hotel does not currently offer laundry or bar services, and they do not serve lunch or dinner on-site. However, because there are so many dining options close by, the lack of food service wasn't a major issue for us.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden wieder kommen
Pros:

Der Pool und die Aussicht sind klasse! Auch das Frühstück war einfach der Hammer, ganz zu Schweigen vom tollen, immer sehr freundlichen Personal. Danke dafür! Außerdem gibt es ein paar nette Restaurants um das Hotel herum. Uns wurde gesagt, das es manchmal etwas laut sein kann wegen der Straße, aber wir hatten damit gar keine Probleme.

Cons:

Das Bad war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch voll im Rahmen.
