Excelente atención y desayuno.
Pros:

El personal demasiado atento. Inclusive nos prepararon el desayuno para llevar el día que nos fuimos ya que tuvimos que salir muy temprano. La piscina excelente.

Pros:

- la vue
- les petits dej
- proximité avec les restaurants et une pharmacie
- accès direct à la plage

Cons:

- mauvaise isolation
- pas un vrai spa / de vrai table de massage : on s’est fait masser sur les transats de la piscine, très inconfortable pour nous et pour les masseuses.. nous n’avions pas été prévenus.
- à 15h il n’y a plus de soleil sur la terrasse

Super hôtel pour votre visite à Nusa Penida
Pros:

Tout ! Le personnel est souriant, la chambre est propre et confortable. La piscine est agréable et l’hôtel en lui-même est très cosy! Autour il y a des restaurants et un minimarket, pas besoin de prendre un taxi.

Pros:

Je kan hier geen gebruik maken van Grab, maar het personeel heeft ons hiermee erg geholpen!
Het is echt heel mooi, net als op de foto’s.

Het is inderdaad gehorig, maar met oordopjes helemaal prima.

Pros:

We had a fantastic stay here. The room was beautiful, the view was stunning, the pool was amazing, and the breakfast was delicious.
The staff truly made our stay special — everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, always smiling, and very helpful.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Pros:

Очень понравился вид с балкона. Приятный персонал. Предоставили аренду байка. Завтрак нормальный, но не было мяса:(
Магазин напротив был (там не было крепкого алкоголя). Много кафе были рядом, но большинство были закрыты.

Cons:

Кондиционер и вайфай слабые. И иногда не было воды (вообще никакой).

Great pool and view for good price.
Pros:

The pool and the view are awesome. The beach in front of the hotel is not for swimming, but it has a good view of the ocean and from the volcano.

Pros:

Limpio, ordenado, buen almuerzo,. Personal muy simpatico y servicio de lavanderia.

Cons:

Un poco de falta de mantenimiento de las zonas exteriores, no es lo de las fotos... las fotos es de cuando lo acababan de inaugurar. La habitacion eataba al lado de la carretera y se escuchan las motos....
