Kein optimales Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Lage Nahe zu Wolkenstein ist ideal für Radfahrer, um die bekannten Dolomitenpässe zu befahren. Das Frühstück ist gut und hat eine gute Auswahl.

Cons:

Die "Halbpension" ist nicht optimal. Minikleine Portionen, wie in der Haute Cusine, aber geschacklich und qualitativ nicht gut. Ich selber habe das Menü abgebrochen und bin in eine Pizzeria gefahren. Das Hotel ist nur mit Frühstück zu empfehlen, aber insgesamt zu teuer. Der Wellness/SPA ist nur bis 19:00 Uhr (!) zugänglich, was nach einer Radtour oder Wanderung viel zu kurz und zu früh ist. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption gestattete um kurz vor 19:00 Uhr auch keinen Zugang mehr. Ich finde, dass es kein 4-Sterne-Hotel ist, eher ein 3-Sterne Standard.

Perfect
Pros:

The hotel is excellent! Much better than what the photos show. It is very beautiful from the outside and the view is outstanding!!
The bedrooms are very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are also very good. Everything is new!
But the best were the ladies in the reception: we got at the hotel very late, because we had a problem with our car. after the dinner had finished (we had dinner included). But the lady from the reception called us, and when we arrived, they had prepared a dinner table for us, with food from the buffet. It felt really good after such a trip!! They were suuper nice!!

Super nice, recommend to anyone visiting the Dolomites!
Pros:

This hotel was brilliant. Highly recommend to other travellers because of its great location and really friendly staff. Hospitality was really good and breakfast was tasty.

Bellissimo soggiorno
Pros:

Cena raffinata ottima.Un complimento speciale ad Aurora gentile e molto brava.struttura bella, pulita.ci è addirittura stato offerto un upgrade.Il bus è attaccato alla struttura comodissimo per raggiungere tutti i dintorni.Bella la spa con l’idromassaggio esterno.Un bellissimo soggiorno con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo .

Cons:

Solo piccoli suggerimenti.Per la colazione sarebbe bello avere prodotti più tipici.Anche un bollitore in stanza sarebbe gradito.

posizione ok per partenze per le varie escursioni. Camere carine ma bagni piccoli. Buona pulizia generale

Cons:

-servizio: lo staff ha dei modi affettati e sgradevoli dall'arrivo alla partenza, tranne un signore di cui non ricordo il nome. Ci hanno chiesto nuovamente i documenti dopo che avevo effettuato il check-in online, ma pazienza. Il fatto grave è che, dopo che abbiamo pagato in anticipo ben 7 camere per due notti per tutto il gruppo di amici, abbiamo aggiunto una notte a una sola camera e ci hanno raggiunto nella sala colazioni alle 7,30 per chiederci di saldarla in anticipo. Inoltre un amico del gruppo è arrivato la mattina e , siccome non aveva ancora la camera disponibile, gli hanno negato un caffè e gli hanno detto di andare la bar (testuali parole)!!!
Nel tardo pomeriggio ho chiesto un toast al bar e mi hanno risposto che non li facevano e avrei potuto aspettare l'ora dell'aperitivo per mangiare qualcosa...
Alla partenza dopo il check-out, con un giorno di anticipo nota bene, probabilmente avevano già disattivato la scheda della camera e le luci non si accendevano, e la tipa della reception, anzichè scusarsi, ha osato chiedere se avessimo toccato noi qualcosa???!! I miei figli hanno dovuto finire di preparare le valigie con la luce del cellulare!!!
-Colazione così così, frutta scandalosa, devi farti il caffè alla macchinetta (hotel 4 stelle) e chiedere praticamente tutto perchè ci sono poche cose esposte, ma pazientate perchè la cameriera prima riempie l'annaffiatoio al rubinetto vicino al distributore di succhi (sigh) e annaffia le piante in terrazza, poi vi ascolta;
-frigobar: vuoto, devi chiedere le cose che vuoi;
- kit per il cane: non presente, devi chiedere pure quello (avvisato della presenza del cane un mese prima dell'arrivo);
-in bagno troverete solo shampoo e crema corpo, neanche cotton fioc o cuffia doccia, zero;
quindi il mio giudizio è certamente negativo, non ho trovato accoglienza e cortesia ma pretese e poco servizio per quello che dovrebbe essere un hotel 4 stelle.
