Lo económico que es y el diseño del hotel.
Para lo que se paga, no hay observaciones de ningún tipo que me hagan pensar en algo que no me gustó.
La atención de la Srta. Melanie
no nos quedamos en el hotel porque las instalaciones no son lo que se ve en las fotos. Estaba en construcción una parte. Su baño sucio. Las mesas y sillas viejas. Hay que arreglar varias cosas. Realmente fatal. No llefa luz a la pisicina chiquita. Todo de tierra.
La habitación tenía bonita terraza y el personal muy amable.
El silencio, fue lo que más me agradó..
El personal muy atento a las necesidades.
Fallaron en los detalles. Cositas pequeñas, como que un día te ofrecen café pasado y al otro café instantáneo.
La piscina muy pequeña.
La cochera muy estrecha y es en la zona de lavandería.

A la ducha le.faltaba un poco más de presión, por lo demás bien, cumple con lo adecuado.
El personal y el acceso a la playa. También está cerca de la avenida en donde hay cantinas para almorzar.
Estaban en obras y ruidos molestos (taladros, moladoras) durante todo el dia dentro del hotel. Desayuno: 2 huevos, pan y café. Me queje y mejoraron el desayuno , pero las obras continuaron en plena temporada

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad! Het personeel was erg vriendelijk, reageerde snel en de communicatie verliep uitstekend. De locatie is perfect, op loopafstand van het strand. De fogata (kampvuuractiviteit) was een leuke ervaring die we samen met onze familie hebben genoten. Mijn zoon vond het grote zwembad fantastisch. Hoewel het water in juli wat koud was, was het toch heerlijk om te zwemmen. We komen graag nog eens terug!.
Voor het gebruik van de airconditioning moet je extra betalen. In de zomer kan toch met een ventilator behoorlijk warm worden in de kamers.
The staff are so lovely, they even surprised me on my birthday! The top floor room is stunning with a really amazing view and a super comfortable bed!
I’m sorry to say but the food is really awful, I couldn’t even eat the dinner I ordered it was very bad. But the breakfast is okay, does the job!
Location perfect, 3 min walk from the beach, staff extremely polite and helpful with guests' needs, beautiful ocean view, and a comfortable breakfast served on the terrace in front of the room, cleaned and air conditioning available.
Communication with the client should be clearer about whether the priority is travelling costs control or quality of service. I was first told the bus service was 5 soles to reach Mancora, but they ended up calling a mototaxi, and I had to pay 30 soles instead.
