Pros:

First of all the area was too worst, there too much of garbage smell in that area and the residency was also not all good there's smoke smell all over. If students coming for us visa consulate u can search some other options in bandra east direction than opting in kurla west the area is bad room is very small.

One may consider to stay for a night for US interview visa purpose
Pros:

Good hotel for a night stay for US visa interview purpose as it is hardly 1.5 km away from consulate.

Cons:

Rooms are small, through understandable from Bombay standard. Still you have to keep AC on due to Poor ventilation.

I didn’t opted for the breakfast!!
Location is average

Cons:

As per the rooms the rates were not matched !!
I have stayed 3 nights and have paid 4600 for that small rooms!!
I thought atleast water bottles wouldn’t be chargeable but it was. Other wise staffs were good and helpfull.
