Cons:

Room was a standard one wheeas the booking ad says deluxe. Room was changed as they missed the key and did not give the room that was booked. No facility to switch AC when the lights were off. Overall terrible experience. Staff were mere system oriented without knowing the basics of Hospitality and smiling gestures. Waste of Money.

We are foreigners. We presented our passports and visas yet the hotel staff still asked so many unnessary questions. We found out afterwards that this establishment is mainly for events - hotel rooms are a supplementary line of business for the events. Hence, the hotel management is not at the level we normally would expect for the price they charged. It was also a bit noisy cos other rooms were occupied by banqueting people.
