Paid so I stayed if I hadn’t paid I wouldn’t have stayed

Aside from its close proximity to the metro and city there’s not much here

The electricity kept cutting off the toilets has no working bidets the shower had no hot water sometimes there was no water at all in the morning
I was asked to pay for a business partners visit as visitors were not allowed since they do daily account clearings a refund of only 50% was given. I went and talked at the reception before 12AM on the day of the payment but there were no staff to talk and inform that I want a refund and no guests will be visiting.
The landlines in the room weren’t working.
The TV in the room wasn’t working
The phone number on which you can call being displayed in the room over the landline weren’t working.
