Great hotel as a base in Exeter
Pros:

Fantastic location, lovely staff and reasonably priced. I will definitely use it again.

Cons:

The breakfast was ok, but for the price you cant complain!

The hotel rooms was very small, dated and the bed was the most uncomfortable one I have ever slept in, the pillows are tough

Personnel au top, facilité de check in très tardif avec des instructions claires laissées à notre attention pour pouvoir trouver notre chambre, personnel très réactif qui a pu retrouver un vêtement oublié, parking, chambre en rez de chaussée , petit déjeuner correct inclus

Cons:

chambre un peu petite pour 3 , pas assez de place pour poser les valises et circuler, chambre un peu chaude avec seulement un ventilateur pour rafraichir

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay.
Pros:

Easy parking, clean room, modern bathroom. Restaurant open for long period. Food and service good and fairly priced.

A very convenient place to stay for a travelling near Exeter.
Pros:

Charming staff, very kind, helpful and attentive. Lovely people who know how to treat a customer nicely. Location very convenient. Good available and bar open on a Sunday evening
Great value room.

Cons:

Rather old trim in bathroom had got stained and a bit mouldy. A little dated. But not a big deal.
