Delightful stay and highly recommended
Pros:

Exceptional service by all staff which commenced with Syed in his welcome on our arrival.
Mohammed Afif in particular was an example of the high standard prevailing during our five night stay.
Overall a great experience of a boutique hotel and their attention to our comfort and wellbeing.

Pros:

Lovely location and easy to get to. Room was pleasurable although no fridge is disappointing, especially in warmer months

Cons:

No fridge which is a necessity for people like myself that want cold drinks, and milk especially. No windows, so no fresh air.

Heerlijk hotel! De kamer heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De meeste Engelse hotels zijn een beetje oud, stoffig, dat was hier totaal niet het geval!

A great stay
Pros:

All the staff were friendly, attentive and happy.
The room was quiet, and bed very comfy.
The food was excellent. The restaurant, serving pan-asian, was very tasty and beautifully prepared.

Modern and clean hotel with the most attentive staff
Pros:

First of all, the staff were the most accommodating, friendly and helpful team I have come across, we felt like we were the only ones staying at the hotel due to the exceptional attentiveness of the whole team. The hotel itself was very clean, quiet rooms and the decor was modern and comfortable, exactly what you see in the pictures. I can highly recommend dining at the hotel, the food was incredible!

Pleasurable, relaxing and high quality accommodation.
Pros:

An exceptional hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble . The food was absolutely delicious .
The hotel was very clean, tidy and bright and the gardens are delightful.
We will definitely return.

Cons:

Main road was very busy but we didn’t notice the traffic once inside. A positive was the bus stop to Oxford which was just outside and convenient.

Gem of a place. Fab restaurant
Pros:

From the moment of waking in…friendly greeting , very helpful.
Lovely clean room

Cons:

Very heavy bathroom door, hard to open.
Air freshener on the stairs was a little overwhelming

Very good overnight stay with dinner in the restaurant
Pros:

Great Staff - really helpful. They showed us to the room, carried the luggage and supported table reservation changes. We accidentally left something in the room at check out and the front desk called, which was very helpful.
The room was very clean and contemporary decoration.
Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was very good.

Cons:

The bathroom had a ferocious fire door closure and motion sensing light, so difficult to use at night without disturbing others (and your eyes).
The TV did not not appear to have an aerial - therefore relying on internet services only. This makes it very difficult to just switch on and watch.

Overall a pleasant day. Can’t complain at all. Nice Indian restaurant onsite. Very attentive staff. Cost effective. Good
Pros:

Modern and clean. Friendly staff.

Cons:

This room had no sink inside the bathroom. Sink was outside. So, it was inconvenient.
Also only small sky window . 3 out of 4 pillows were too big and too firm. Ours was small and for that cost was reasonable. I didn’t get other options. May be other rooms are nice.

One word … OUTSTANDING ! 5⭐️
Pros:

Right from checking in,the manager welcomed us and was so friendly , the staff assisted with our luggage and showed us to the room, having travelled from the north east my parents got an upgraded room which was just lovely . And then we get to the restaurant ! Wow ! Just the best quality ingredients cooked to perfection we were blown away ! The same with a wonderful breakfast the next morning ! We will certainly use here again and definitely recommend it to others

Cons:

We found the pillows were too big and very firm with none to switch in the room however we did mention this and were told if we had of rang down they would have gave us an alternative x ( room 5 shower door doesn’t stay closed maybe needs a tweak but wasn’t a big issue and was immaculately clean )

Absolutely amazing stay.
Pros:

Love everything about this hotel. Sahid is a gem. You treated us like royalty. The food is incredible and your staff is kind and respectful. I am not easy to please but this place is worth it.

Cons:

If I had to really find something it could only be the location. I would have liked to be closer to the areas we explored but honestly I couldn’t find anything else I didn’t like about it.

Pleasant stay in countryside
Pros:

We had a warm welcome by the Snooty Mehman team. Syed, Ali and other staff was very attentive throughout our stay. We stayed at this place for one night. We had dinner at their restaurant and it was very good. The food dishes recommendation by Syed was appreciated by us.
Overnight stay was comfortable. Breakfast was good as we had Indian menu.

Cons:

Nothing specific.
