Amazing stay at the heart of Istanbul
Pros:

The location is amazing and makes the trip so convenient. It is also located on a quiet street so we slept really well. The staff were soooo friendly and helpful and just made our stay even more special. Breakfast was included- the portion was generous and the food was high quality. Would love to go back for a second stay!

Cons:

We don’t mind the size of the room as we know what we pay for. But the shower area in the bathroom didn’t drain well/properly and it was flooded one night. We coped and managed but would have hoped this never happened.

My stay at Tria hotel met all my expectations and was a delightful experience in Istanbul
Pros:

The breakfast at a terrasse restaurants on the rooftop was a very pleasant surprise. I liked the approach to the breakfast with serving traditional Mezes, they were different every day and all very tasty. Very attentive personnel, in particular Jam. The atmosphere is majestic with the view to the Golden Horn bay! The hotel offers wonderful location to attend the biggest tourist attractions of Istanbul, 6 min to the Blue Mosque, Haya Sofia and suitable for exploring the historic center.

А особенно персонал!!
Я вначале поездки потеряла мужа, так как он прилетал позже. Меня успокоили, дали воды и даже вызвались позвонить в аэропорт. Помогли заказать трансфер и наш любимый хамам! Вид из ресторана просто потрясающий! Номер небольшой, но очень уютный. На пару дней то, что нужно! До исторического центра рукой подать. Но мы с удовольствием почти везде ходили пешком.

Perfect 5 day stay in Sultanahmet
Pros:

This was one of my favorite hotel stays. The staff was absolutely amazing and so friendly. The location was perfect. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious! (Shoutout to Cem who was absolutely lovely and hilarious!)

Excelente restaurante, muy buen servicio y calma en el corazón de Estambul
Pros:

Ubicación del hotel es inmejorable. La comida en el restaurante que tienen en la terraza es muy buena, las vistas son muy bonitas, el desayuno delicioso. Todo el staff es muy amable y servicial. Limpieza de habitaciones y en general en todo el hotel es impecable. A cualquier hora te sirven café o té turco u otras bebidas gratis en el lobby.

If you want to feel truly welcomed in Istanbul, choose Tria.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional, and the WhatsApp communication ahead of my arrival—providing additional tour guidance—was greatly appreciated. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe and warmly welcomed throughout my stay.

Upon arrival by taxi, I was assisted out of the car, my baggage was handled and taken up to the room, and I was offered a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room, which was a lovely gesture.

The breakfast was delicious, the room was luxurious, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable—I had the best sleep.

In addition, when I requested a one-hour extension to check out due to a delayed walk through the city, management kindly accommodated this despite a new guest arriving later the same day.

Finally, as I was leaving, the front desk arranged a taxi within minutes and presented me with a beautiful handmade bracelet as a farewell gift.

The level of customer service at Tria is reminiscent of a bygone era. I cannot express my gratitude enough to the entire team for making my one-day stopover such a highlight of my travels. I will definitely be returning to Tria.
