Были в этом отеле вдвоем с мужем в июне 2026 г. Все просто прекрасно! Очень внимательная и гостеприимная хозяйка, с полной поддержкой по любым вопросам. Культурный, обходительный персонал гостиницы. Номера небольшие, но чистые, с приятным ремонтом, все работает - душ, кондинционер, фен. Есть чайник и приветственная вода с чаем. Халаты, тапочки, душевые принадлежности имеются. Шикарные завтраки с видом на Босфор, внимательными официантами. Завтраки очень плотные, есть нам до вечера не хотелось, все свежее и разнообразное, каждый день новый десерт, вкусные фермерские сыры. В номере есть темные шторы и хорошие кровати, что максимально способствовало отдыху и восстановлению сил. Телевизор с каналами на русском языке. Отличное месторасположение, в самом центре - 8 мин. пешком до Айя- Софии. В общем, гозяева гостиницы заботятся о том, чтобы ваш отдых прошел максимально комфортно в теплой обстановке. Всем будем рекомендовать этот отель. Большое спасибо персоналу за наш замечательный отпуск!

Our stay was excell by!!!
Pros:

We had two rooms and 4 people in our group.
Property was perfectly situated in the Saltahanamet District but yet tucked away from the business! Property was clean, inviting, warm, and just the right size. Was very quaint.
Staff was very pleasant, hospitality, friendly, and professional. They went the extra mile when assistance was needed. The two front desk managers Tolga and Birol (I believe this if the person…I am not recalling everyone’s name) were exceptional and made us all feel welcomed and were willing to assist in anyway they could.

A wonderful 4 nights in comfortable surroundings with welcoming hosts.
Pros:

The hotel was ideally situated to visit the sites at Sultanahmet and near to transport to take you to other parts of Istanbul. The staff were welcoming, kind, happy and made us feel very much at home. Breakfast was tasty, Turkish, varied, plentiful and of a high standard. The room was fine for our stay with a comfortable bed, ample storage space, clean and spacious bathroom with modern shower and good supply of toiletries.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike about our stay.

Максимально располагающий персонал, готовый прийти на помощь в любой ситуации и ответить на все вопросы.
Завтрак на террасе с приятным видом, мы наблюдали дельфинов после завтрака с балкона террасы!

Cons:

Наш номер находился прямо у лестницы и было шумно. Это было дискомфортно.

Просто пожелание - если большая компания на завтраке, поставьте лучше сразу двойную порцию, что бы люди не чувствовали с

Очень удачное расположение до всех достопримечательностей, но при этом в очень тихом переулочке, куда не заезжают машины, не ходят туристы и не слышно ресторанную зону.
Персонал замечательный, каждый день менялись полотенца, в номере всегда чисто! Советую безусловно данный отель, административный персонал безумно душевный! Спасибо большое, вернемся к Вам обязательно!

Cons:

Завтраки для меня чуть сомнительны, нас было 4 человека и нам на стол ставили те же наборы закусок, что и для одного - грубо говоря 2 колбаски, 2 сыра и тд. Управляющая нам говорила, что всегда можно попросить дополнительно, но как то не особо персонал радовался нашему прибытию на завтрак, возможно, это я предвзято отнеслась, но просить не хотелось откровенно говоря.

Petit déjeuner copieux mais pas très qualitatifs,
Organisation d’une visite par un guide francophone, sympa mais c’était la tournée des amis commerçants où comment faire cracher 230 euros non justifiés à des touristes étrangers… nous avons mieux découvert la ville les 2 jours suivant sans guide.

The location of the hotel was perfect, all the sights were within walking distance. The breakfast was amazing, and the service throughout the hotel was very pleasant. A cozy, small, and lovely hotel.
