Excellent hotel with lovely, friendly staff. A few niggles, but overall we were very happy with our stay,
Pros:

The rooms were spotless and very spacious. The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly.
The Penta is located about a 20 minute walk to the town centre, we didn’t mind this, there are frequent buses and it is a lovely walk on a nice day.
The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, they offered all we needed and we were very happy.

Cons:

We couldn’t switch the heater off in the bathroom in one of the rooms. It wasn’t sorted until the day before we left.
Reception isn’t 24 hours, it wasn’t a problem for us as there is a phone to contact the sister hotel.
Steep steps at the front, which were slippery when wet which is a shame because it wouldn’t be suitable for my mum who is a wheelchair user.
Rooms are only serviced every other day, we had to request extra tea bags and milk because they didn’t leave enough.

Frisch renoviert und alles sauber.

Cons:

Die Treppen und der Lift sind etwas eng, was aber den baulichen Gegebenheiten geschuldet ist.
