Great shower.....
Pros:

Clean, well decorated with good quality bathroom, lift was much appreciated. Great shower lots of hot water.

Cons:

Happy with Continental breakfast but a little more choice would have been welcomed.

Pros:

Large room and en-suite. Plenty of cupboard space. Very clean.

Cons:

Only one bedside light. TV remote didn't work. We had two single duvets on a double bed. Bottled water would have been good because it was so hot that day.

Hotel room was excellent. Big with big bathroom. Everything you needed. The girl cleaning room was brilliant. When I was out the cleaned room to perfection 👌
Breakfast chould be improved but tske nothing away. Id go back.

A very enjoyable stay and good value for money
Pros:

Excellent location albeit next to a hotel that had been boarded up. Staff very friendly and helpful Breakfast was very basic but okay. Rooms were slightly dated but clean Good value for money.

Cons:

Would have preferred slightly more quality on the breakfast eg bread & slightly better cereal choices such as weetabix

Perfect comfortable stay
Pros:

Good sized rooms that are very clean and the staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. The complementary breakfast is really good

Good hotel.
Pros:

Property was clean and well run. Elevator worked. Breakfast was okay. Right on promenade. Bus was close by.

Would stay again but in a different room not room 6 and I read that room 7 is worse

Couldn’t leave the bathroom window open for extra ventilation during the hot weather due to the heating oil smell every time it fired up and you could hear it during the night we were in room 6

Good value small hotel on Douglas sea front
Pros:

Very good room right on the sea front at Douglas. Good breakfast.

Cons:

It was a bit further along the front than I expected so a bit of a walk, though there is a bus stop nearby.

Reception was unstaffed so I had to ring them.

Only little gripes. The room was a bit too warm for us. The tea and coffee were on a high shelf which was difficult for a short person.
