Самые положительные, чувствовали себя как дома.
Pros:

Отель со свежим ремонтом и мебелью. Персонал выше всяких похвал. Хозяйка госпожа Нана сумела создать настоящую душевную домашнюю атмосферу. Мы очень ей благодарны за чудесно проведенный отдых. Особенно хочу отметить вкусную и разнообразную кухню, что большая редкость в Григолети.
Хочется сюда вернуться снова.

Heerlijke genieten aan de Zwarte zee kust.
Pros:

Een heerlijke, rustige, gezellige, familiaire plek aan de zwarte zee met echt zand. Gezellig familiehotel, waar met je mee wordt gedacht, er zijn ligbedden om te gebruiken en badlakens. Heel aardig personeel. We hadden een mooi eigen balkon en een prachtig uitzicht op zee.

Sí bien el personal es muy agradable, las instalaciones están para mejorar. No solo las instalaciones sino cuidar detalles como sábanas, cortinas. Las vistas y el sitio en el que está situado es una maravilla. Cuenta con tumbonas para poder utilizar (también podrían estar en mejor estado). Comimos muy bien y el desayuno es variado. Un hotel muy familiar y muy agradable ver tantos niños y personas disfrutando de las vacaciones.

Cons:

El acceso fue horrible, creo q una pequeña explicación o mapa antes de llegar se agradece. Cuando se llena el parking, a nosotros no nos costó aparcar fuera.

Trotzdem war es ok. Sehr schönes Frühstück und nette Leute.

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Cons:

Es war direkt neben unserem Zimmer eine Baustelle und alles voller Baustaub, auf der Terrasse, Terrassenmöbeln und auch im Zimmer.

Pros:

Рассположение -буквально на тихом немноголюдном пляже, есть свои лежаки, матрасы, отдельные полотенца для пляжа/ Территория отеля ухоженная, вкусные завтраки -шведский стол. В любое время можно заказать в в местном ресторанчике обед, ужин и тд. Все вкусно. Доброжелательный персонал. Нана, Нино- спасибо огромное за теплую атмосферу. Так же важно - есть парковка для авто.

Cons:

Слабый напор воды в душе.

Great place to relax
Pros:

Perfect location: quiet and just off the beach.
Pros:

A stone’s throw from the beach, so a really perfect location, although a bit hard to find when I first arrived. It’s a really quiet little area, and Google Maps couldn’t find the place. But once I found it, I was delighted with the location (the attached photo was the view from my balcony).

The staff were incredibly helpful. We needed to head off very early in the morning when we checked out, and they kindly made us a packed breakfast that we could eat on our journey. Otherwise the breakfasts in the property were very nice, and it being a guest house rather than a hotel, the breakfast was made for us personally, rather than just sitting in a buffet type arrangement.

We had an incident with a door slamming terribly hard so that it caused damage to the doorframe (it was incredibly windy when we stayed, and we had windows open that caused a big through draft). They kindly fixed the door frame with no fuss.

In general they were very amenable and customer-focussed.

Cons:

The only down side was there was no kettle in the room, so we had to go down to the shared kitchen to make tea.

L’hôtel était manifestement pas terminé. Les travaux en cours ne permettait pas d'apprécier à sa juste valeur l'emplacement à proximité de la plage. est

Cons:

La présence de travaux à l’hôtel et à la maison à coté peut être dérangeante. L'accueil par le personnel avant l'arrivée de la gérante est très réservé. Peu d’échange en anglais et pas d'initiative pour situer la chambre à occuper. Heureusement la responsable a su nous proposer une chambre.

Location seems nice - when the hotel is actually open

Cons:

We didn t stay there. When we arrived the hotel (at notified hour of arrival) it was under renovation and not open for the season. Very surprised they accepted our booking. After several attempts at contacting the staff someone people showed up after 30 min yelling at each other in Georgian. Very unpleasant situation. They led us to another guest house that was also shut down (water turned off etc). At least they agreed to cancel the booking. We had to drive around for an hour at 7pm to find an open hotel, very disappointing experience for our first visit to the Black Sea Coast.
