Kellerwohnung kühl und feucht, leider schlechter Zustand
Pros:

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war gut und schnell. Durch den Keller war es auch bei 35°C draussen angenehm kühl.

Cons:

Der Zustand der Wohnung ist insgesamt stark verbesserungswürdig, sehr gebraucht und abgewohnt. Die Luft ist durch die Kellerlage ohne Fenster sehr feucht. Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu Wünschen übrig. Wir haben es direkt reklamiert und es wurde nachgeputzt. Dadurch wurde es besser, inkl. sauberer Handtücher. Allerdings war der Boden weiterhin so schlecht gewischt, dass die Füße barfuß in Kürze dreckig waren.

Buen lugar.

La ubicación y la tranquilidad.

Cons:

El apartamento 6 no cumple con las expectativas que me dejó el haber estado el año pasado en el apartamento 4. Son completamente diferentes. Sería muy bueno que en la plataforma se especifiquen las características particulares del espacio que se renta.

Accessibilité aux magasins et le parking.

Cons:

Le bruit du tramway qui vibre dans l appart. Les bruits des voisins du dessus mauvaise insonorisation. Le patio que je cherche encore. La seule chose qui pouvait ressembler c est 2 chaises et une table au niveau du parking.
Pas de volet ni de rideaux occultants donc vous êtes réveillés tôt.

Great overall stay.
Pros:

Great spot for the money. AC wasn't working so it was a little warm for sleeping.

I will not be staying here, sleep is my number one priority and when it’s disturbed because of kids or whoever is above

I like how it was around a lot of vintage stores and the outside noise was quiet

Cons:

Whoever was above us was extremely loud. We both got woken up at 11 PM at night. Both nights we were there the noise was extremely loud. I would not recommend this place if you want a good nights sleep. The bed was also extremely low to the ground, for someone who may be older or have mobility issues, don’t rent. The jets in the tub worked the last time but when I used it the gunk coming out was gross and now they don’t have the jets working anymore because of safety issues. The shampoo/conditioner bottles were all broken, when you went to use the pump the top of the pump fell off.

Great visit. We’ll be back!
Pros:

Location for my our reason for visit. Lots of food options within walking distance. Public transit. Charming queen street east.

Cons:

In the basement unit, the streetcars can be heard rumbling by so earplugs for sleep may have helped. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
