La habitación bien, cumple su función, pero demasiado caro. La zona es horrible..
Pros:

Me gustó la amabilidad del personal, también la limpieza, está todo limpio, la cama es cómoda y hay un lugar común con nevera y mesas por si quieres comer algo allí.

Cons:

No me gustó nada la zona, es una zona bastante sucia y no me pareció segura de noche.

Eu gostei muito da minha estadia, do local e das dependências. Quando voltar com certeza ficar eu lá novamente.
Pros:

Super bem localizado. Próximo de uma estação de metrô que você consegue ir a pé e a linha do metrô da praticamente na cidade toda.
A Marta é super atenciosa.
E o lugar em si é tranquilo e limpinho.

Cons:

O ar condicionado que deu um pouco de trabalho para refrigerar o quarto.
Um pouco de dificuldade para conseguir abrir a porta de entrada.

Pros:

Die Gastgeberin hält einen sehr guten Kontakt zu ihren Gästen und erkundigt sich, ob der Zugang zur Unterkunft reibungslos verlaufen ist. Die Zimmereinrichtung war ansprechend gestaltet, gute Dusche, Nähe zur Metro, funktionierende Klimaanlage. Kaffee und Teeequipment.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte eine Raumhöhe con ca. 5 m, es wirkte wie ein Lagerraum, der zu Fremdenzimmern umgebaut wurde. Das einzige Fenster war ca. 3,70 m hoch und nicht zu erreichen. Die Metro fuhr von 5-24 Uhr im engmaschigen Takt direkt an dem Fenster vorbei. Man konnte meinen, sie würde ins Zimmer rasen. Die Raum - Atmosphäre war beunruhigend. Es gab eine Metalltür, kein erkennbarer Fluchtweg. Die Luft im - zum Aufenthaltsraum umgestalteten - Vorraum war stickig, und der Raum konnte nicht gelüftet weeden. Obwohl erkennbar war, dass die Gastgeber sich Gedanken gemacht haben, den Bereich einladend zu gestalten, lud er nicht zum Aufenthalt ein. Es fehlte Besteck. Einfache TV- Bedienung war nicht möglich.

Решение за бърза нощувка
Pros:

Локацията ме устройваше. Близо до метрото. Всеки ден стаята биваше чистена и оправяна! Персоналът беше много внимателен. Банята беше модерна и хубава. Беше стаята с най-високия таван сред местата, които съм отсядал - около 5 метра. Не бих го нарекъл хотел в класически вид, а по скоро една голяма къща с много стаи.

Cons:

Едната стена е близо до жп линията и при прпеминаването на всеки влак, имаш чувството,че си в него. Единственият прозорец в стаята беше на височина окло 4 метра. Матраците на леглата са деформирани от употреба и бих препоръчал подмяна.

Estaba limpio y el detalle de tener café, infusiones y esa zona común

Cons:

El ruido del rodalies. Es cierto que una vez que coges el sueño no te enteras pero es importante decirlo. Ponen tapones para los oídos y eso disminuye un poco el ruido

Pros:

Nada destacable que merezca mención.

Cons:

Habitación con humedad, camas incómodas y ubicación pésima. El paso del tren desde las 6 de la mañana hace imposible descansar. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.
