コスパ満点
Pros:

札幌駅からのアクセスがよく、大通り公園も近いのが便利でした。
バスルームが奥にある少し珍しい間取りで広々していてよかったです。クローゼットも大きくて良かったです。
清潔感、高級感があっておしゃれな部屋でした。

地點方便 但清潔度有待加強
Pros:

位置離札幌站非常近，走路約 5-6 分鐘就可以到，附近還有很多百貨商場和地下街商店，買東西逛街很方便。

Cons:

整潔度有待加強，床墊上有不知道血漬還是蕃茄漬的印子從很薄的床單透出來，非常噁心（我們住 1001號房），另外浴室透明門和水龍頭上也有水漬，跟其他同等級的飯店比起來，整潔度有很明顯的落差。

よかったです。
Pros:

朝食が非常に良かったです。種類がとにかく多く、贅沢な気分になりました。味もとてもおいしかったです。朝食会場のスペースの使い方も適度にゆったりして居心地よかったです。

Cons:

出張で利用したのですが、部屋には仕事をするためのテーブルと椅子がなかったので、ベッドに腰掛けて仕事をする形になりました。部屋での作業が多い方にはキツイかもしれません。

普段私が選ぶホテル料金より若干お値段は張りましたが立地・設備等を考えると満足できた滞在でした。
Pros:

○ 札幌駅から近い
○ ロビーが広々としている
○ お風呂・トイレ・洗面台が別々
○ バスルーム・バスタブ共広々としていてリラックスできた
○ フットマッサージ機があった（足の疲れが楽になった）
○ 折りたたみ式の大きな鏡があった
○ テレビでYouTubeやTVer等が視聴できる

Cons:

○ バゲージラックがなかったのでスーツケースを床に直置きしなければならなかった
○ カウンター式デスクの上部付近にライトがなかったので暗かった（朝は窓からの採光で大丈夫）

Perfectly fine
Pros:

A perfectly fine hotel. It was certainly at the more expensive end for a Saturday night but it was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and polite.

Cons:

I absolutely understand it’s a Japanese thing to not check you in a minute before the stated check in time but for the price we paid and to arrive only 45minutes before the scheduled check in time, it was slightly frustrating to not have the rules bent a little. So far on our trip we had had the pleasure of unexpected early check-ins which really felt like a little bonus.
The hotel doesn’t have direct access from the street and check in is on the 2nd floor so it was a little cumbersome with luggage.
