Petit déjeuner excellent, personnel courtois et professionnel .
La atención del personal fue extraordinaria de principio a fin. Siempre fueron muy amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. Las instalaciones del hotel están muy bien cuidadas, las habitaciones son cómodas y la limpieza es impecable. En general, se nota el esfuerzo por brindar una excelente experiencia a los huéspedes.
Lamentablemente, durante la noche se escuchaba mucho ruido proveniente de una discoteca o rooftop cercano, con música y fiesta hasta pasadas las 2:00 a. m. Esto hizo muy difícil descansar adecuadamente. Es una pena que un hotel con tan buen servicio se vea afectado por este problema. Sería muy positivo que trabajaran en mejorar la insonorización de las habitaciones para minimizar el impacto del ruido exterior y ofrecer una experiencia de descanso acorde con la calidad del resto del hotel.

El hotel está bien ubicado, pero no es nuevo, nos cobraron $65 usd más por early check inn.... Lo que si Nos gustó que fue pet friendly y que abajo hay una cafetería muy rica Café Europa (no del hotel)....
El desayuno buffet no estuvo bueno, los ascensores están desactualizados.
