El hotel se encuentra en una zona en la que caminando se puede acceder a restaurantes, minimarkets, centro comerciales, etc. Adicional a pesar del clima nos gusta contar con Aire Acondicionado en el caso de requerir mejor temperatura en la habitacion

The swimming pool was not open.
The Opera Restaurant had delightful meals with great presentation.
The pool will be closed until the end of April which wasn’t advertised on booking .com and I specifically booked it for that reason.
The front desk staff asked me for my passport which was in my suitcase, she could’ve simply asked for an id, then suggested my mom give her identification also which prompted my mom to have to open the suitcases and while doing that she finally said she only needed her name. Then when I wanted to pay for the check in fee, she almost charged my debit card instead of the credit card on file. I asked her to next time just state what she needs.
