Extremely happy with our stay.
Pros:

We would thoroughly recommend the ERK hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, bright and stylish with lots of storage. The bed was comfortable. The shower cubicle was large and the shower very straightforward to operate both as a hand held shower or overhead. The air conditioning was excellent being both silent and efficient and controlled individually as opposed to centrally controlled, which seems to be a rarity now. The location was convenient being near two tram stops and Eminonu pier. Gulhane park was very close by which was lovely to walk through or to take a drink or a snack. We were happy with the taxi they booked to take us to the airport. We would definitely like to return sometime in the future.

Cons:

A little more fresh fruit at breakfast would have been ideal.

Pros:

Μείναμε στο ξενοδοχείο για τρία βράδια. Καλή τοποθεσία, σε απόσταση μερικών λεπτών από βασικά αξιοθέατα (Αγία Σοφια, μπλε Τζαμί, Κινστερνα, παζάρι). Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό. Πολύ μεγάλο και όμορφο μπάνιο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Το πρωινό πολύ νόστιμο και είχε αρκετές επιλογές . Το καλύτερο ατού του ξενοδοχείου όμως ήταν το προσωπικό. Ευγενέστατοι, χαμογελαστοί, πολύ βοηθητικοί σε όλα.

Pros:

Erk Hotel’de geçirdiğimiz konaklamadan son derece memnun kaldık. Odamız çok temiz, ferah ve özenle hazırlanmıştı. Konforlu yataklar ve odanın düzeni sayesinde kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik.

Sabah kahvaltısı ise beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Çeşit oldukça zengindi, tüm ürünler taze ve lezzetliydi. Güne böyle güzel bir kahvaltıyla başlamak gerçekten keyif verdi.

Otelin en güçlü yönlerinden biri de çalışanlarıydı. Tüm ekip güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. İhtiyacımız olan her konuda hızlıca destek oldular ve kendimizi çok değerli hissettirdiler.

Temizlik, hizmet kalitesi, konfor ve misafirperverlik açısından kesinlikle tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel. İstanbul’a tekrar geldiğimizde hiç düşünmeden yeniden Erk Hotel’i tercih edeceğiz. Her şey için tüm ekibe çok teşekkür ederiz!
