Friendly staff, great location and amazing breakfast!
The team working every shift regardless of location were friendly, helpful and a real joy. Nothing was too much trouble! The staff here were the friendliest of any hotels we have stayed in.
The breakfast was first class! Quality ingredients and food. So much choice every morning. Loved everything we tried - which was a lot.
Location for us was perfect, close to the palace, close to tram although we didn’t use this because everywhere is walkable. Close to the train station, we got the train from the airport and it’s about a 10 minute walk to the station.

The highlight was the breakfast.
Location was ok. Most sites we wanted to see were a 25-45 minute walk so plan accordingly.
Staff was a mixed bag. Some friendly, others just going through the motions. We arrived a few hours early and our room wasn't ready which was expected. We wandered around the city, grabbed lunch, and came back about 40 mins before check in time and just sat in the lobby to wait. A couple came in about 5 minutes later and the front desk said their room wasn't ready but they'll move some things around to accommodate them. The person who helped us that morning was just standing at the desk. He knew we were waiting and made no attempt to help us. After 10 minutes, I went back to the desk. He got us checked in, begrudgingly it seemed, and sent us on our way. Mind you the other couple is still at the front desk with the other staff member as they provide them a map with local suggestions. That wasn't a great way to start. I guess it just depends who you get.
Location was excellent. Room was spacious, beautiful, well equipped, wifi was excellent. Lounge on the 8th floor was gorgeous. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Stefini in the breakfast hour

The staff was helpful, responsive and friendly. The facility was top-notch.
The location was great for walking to the harbor, the palace and museums. However, the noise from the establishments across the street kept us up until 3 a.m. the windows need more soundproofing.
