Personal amabil, mic-dejun bun, cu multe produse tradiționale, magazine si mijloace de transport foarte aproape. Aproape de locatie sunt si multe din obiectivele de vizitat.
Din păcate, două sunt aspectele care au deranjat, și anume: nicăieri nu se specifică faptul ca sunt și camere fără geam in exterior. Noi am comandat două camere si acestea aveau ferestre care dădeau spre un hol. Al doilea aspect deranjant a fost faptul că hainele date la spălătorie au fost pătate; nu le-am putut returna pentru o eventuală remediere deoarece în dimineața zilei următoare plecam de la hotel.

I didn't choose this hotel, but I really enjoyed it. It was clean, well considered for comfort and convenience, a lot of thoughtful details.
The staff were lovely, I only met one who spoke English so we used google translate.
I enjoyed the huge range of delicious breakfast choices.
There was water coke and honey tea free in the minibar. Toothbrushes, combs etc provided.
I loved the firm beds and pillows. I slept deeply every night. The air conditioning was excellent.
We had a twin room which was a reasonable size. And family had a double which was small but nicely set out. No views from either of our rooms, windows were high up, but let in light.
Excellent central location not far from high-rises.
The hotel is modest, not flashy, but it's really aiming for a good service and does it beautifully. Very happy to recommend.
I would prefer that the towels and handtowels weren't individually wrapped in plastic every day. That's a lot of plastic waste.
The location was good and the hotel was really nice. It was clean and the breakfast was plentiful.
We had a bit of a reservation mix up so it was stressful a bit, but after the fist confusion and challenges with communication the staff was helpful and we sorted everything out.

I lived at the Eton across the street in 2013. I have stayed there a few time since, but not since 2020. I wanted to see the old neighborhood, and the only availability on short notice was Atour. It had good ratings, so I booked for the next day. It is a small place, kind of hidden, but the inside is very nice and modern, the bed, pillows, air-conditioning, and shower were fantastic. The other great part was breakfast in the morning. Small, but it was probably the best breakfast buffet I've had in a long time, and I did let the staff know. The fruit and food was very fresh, and the coffee was exceptional, as well. I have a Jura machine, like they use, so it was easy, and the beans they use are excellent. The staff is very nice, as well. So accommodating.
Really nothing. I mean the rooms are not very big, but have everything you need, and the bed is really comfortable. The location for me near Pudong Avenue and the river is great for me. I came to see the place and old friends anyway, so I wasn't hanging around in the hotel.

Основная проблема в том, что при заселении, сотрудники начали утверждать, что свободных номеров нет. Мы показали бронь, и что нам заранее подтвердили заезд в 08:00. Однако сотрудники предоставили другой номер и попросили подождать до полудня. Пару раз просили раздельные одеяла, но так их и не предоставили. Справедливости ради, все остальные вещи предоставляли оперативно и без проблем.
