Pros:

Can't say there was anything positive, maybe the security guard was nice??

Cons:

1. Having to request entry access to the premises from the guard all the time
2. Toilet located across the hallway down a basement from the room
3. Improvised shower and basin in the room not well installed, located next to the big window with clear see-through glass, no privacy
4. Appeared like hot water is rationed. Most of the time geyser water was cold and it was winter
5. Window blinds are cheap quality and mostly broken/don't work as expected, compromising privacy a great deal
6. Location of the place is right next to a busy road/highway, the noise is so much that you feel like you are sleeping right in the middle of traffic.

A walk away to needed amenities
Pros:

The location was fantastic and secure. Daniel the attendant was exceptionally good and welcoming. The bed was comfortable good Internet.

Not that bad
Pros:

The bed is comfortable but the place looks like is res ,staff very friendly and best services

Cons:

No back up and there was no electricity around the area .noise in the evening for the security to open.better if we can have our own remote

Pros:

Good staff, great location.

Cons:

• Reposition the Tv
• Shared kitchen but it's not a problem.
• In future invest in tags so that guests can open the gate themselves rather than pressing the buzzer outside and waiting for one of the staff members to open.
