Pros:

The staff were wonderful and very accommodating when I was not happy with my room. They refunded my money and helped me find a more suitable place.

Pros:

Everything!! Ts Group Africa is like a second home to me and I am always going to book here for the rest of my monthly work trips this year and I am happy and the staff totally awesome next time in my stay I would like to buy them a cake if management approves.
