Great hotel to relax with family, but watch out if you want to do sightseeing.
Pros:

The room was good, The staff was nice, and the pool had great views.

Cons:

The location was not ideal for someone who wants to do sightseeing. So just keep that in mind. There were grocery stores nearby and that's pretty much it. So expect a lot of Grab.

The room was clean. Otherwise not much

Cons:

No staff helped bring luggage in or take it out (for a 5 star hotel?!). We were on level 28. Our room was the only room finished on the level. They were still building the other rooms. The beds were hard as rocks. We got no sleep. No hot water in showers.
The maps claimed they were 20mins from airport and 10 mins from old Quater. Incorrect. 40mins and 31. We chose it for the location we thought we were getting & it seems to be in the middle of a business district. Nothing to do.
Food in restaurant was over cooked. Would never go back.

The facilities...top top top.

Management upgraded us without extra cost, because we were not happy with the view from our first room.

One of the receptionist went extra mile to find a place for us to go and chill. We ended up knowing West Lake because of him. Forgot the name of the receptionist. 😒

Pros:

Very good breakfast with a wide variety of local dishes, oriental & western ones. The staff at breakfast especially Thanh & Vuong went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great time. The receptionists whose names I dont know also were very friendly & helpful. It was a very pleasant stay. Im coming back to Vietnam in a week and already booked another room at this hotel😊

Wifi didnt work in the gym (30e floor)

The staff was incredibly accommodating and provided good service the whole trip. Also provides water bottles daily which was very helpful.

Lots of good convenient food options in the area with friendly locals too.

Cons:

Bed is a fair bit firmer than what I'm used to but not unbearable for a back sleeper.
