Nous avons absolument adoré ce séjour à Santorin ! La vue était à couper le souffle, l’hôtel en lui-même est complet mais à taille humaine — une vraie pépite nichée dans le calme. La chambre était magnifique, et le personnel d’une gentillesse remarquable. Les personnes en charge du petit-déjeuner sont tout simplement géniales.
We absolutely loved our stay in Santorini! The view was breathtaking, the hotel itself is fully equipped yet intimate — a real hidden gem tucked away in a peaceful setting. The room was stunning, and the staff were remarkably kind. The people in charge of breakfast are simply wonderful.
Rien de particulier, je dirais que ce serait un 10/10 si l’eau de la piscine était chauffée. Mais honnêtement, il fait tellement chaud à Santorin que ce n’est pas vraiment une nécessité.
Nothing in particular — I’d say it’s a 10/10 if the pool water were heated. But honestly, it’s so hot in Santorini that it’s not really a necessity.

לפעמים היו חסרים ירקות וגבינות אבל אחרי בקשה הצלחות התמלאו שוב.
השרות בארוחת הערב היה איטי במיוחד שהיינו עם הילדים ולא היה להם סבלנות לחכות למנות שהם הזמינו.

No me gustó la atención del personal, que no se les puede pedir prácticamente nada porque a la primera se molestan, la chica que daba los desayunos muy borde muy mal trato, nada atenta, el chico muy buena persona pero la chica increíble parecía que ella era la q estaba alojada y como si le estuviéramos haciendo un favor

היינו אמורים למסור את החדר ב-11:00 .הטיסה שלנו הייתה בערב מאוחר.נתנו לנו חדר פנוי לשהייה ללא תשלום, חוויה שמאוד הרשימה אותנו.לסיכום ביה מעולה !!!!!!!! ונמליץ בחום להגיע למלון.

La piscine n’est malheureusement pas chauffé, et le buffet du matin est le même.
Een fantastische accommodatie! Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Super mooie omgeving! Zeer goede uitvalsbasis voor Oia, Fira…. Een echte aanrader! Rustig en privé!

Excellent location 10-15 minutes from Fira and Oia. The place is situated on the foot of a hill facing the sea, it blends beautifully with the surrounding landscape, gorgeous minimalistic aesthetics in the rooms, stunning views to the sea from everywhere, gorgeous mature gardens with exotic plants. Breakfast served in very pleasant open environment with great views and includes everything to meet all tastes. Cleanliness, swimming pool, other facilities and overall atmosphere of very high stanndards. The staff deserve special reference as they all exceed expectations, in terms of pleasantness, work ethics and efficiency.
There is nothing to complain.

A notre arrivée à 22h la réception était fermée ainsi que le bar.
Staff were great & breakfast was ok
Room was very basic for the standard. Pictures were over glorified. Felt more like a 3 star. No wardrobe, no security safe, little storage, no coffee making facilities (although one was given on the last day). Breakfast requests (additional bread etc) was stopped 30 mins before the end of breakfast.
Facilities
We booked a double bedroom suite, meaning 2 beds in a bigger room. The staff decided that we will be getting a single room (so 1 bed only) and disregarding the price difference. We were 4, and they only wanted us to have space for 2. They did that with multiple people, we were all at the reception at the same time complaining. The staff was so rude about it.
