Paradis sur terre
Pros:

L'hôtel est splendide, à taille humaine. Le calme y règne. Le personnel est adorable et répond aux demandes rapidement avec beaucoup de gentillesse. La nourriture et cocktails : exceptionnels. La terrasse de la chambre tres belle. La piscine est grande et magnifique. Il y avait peu de monde en plein mois de juillet donc la sensation d'avoir un endroit à nous. Je reviendrai c est l endroit parfait pour se détendre et déconnecter. Plus que parfait un grand merci !

Few days of relax
Pros:

We last visited this hotel 2 years ago, right after its opening and the major improvement is the restaurant: nothing fancy but great dishes nontheless. Kudos.
Personal pool and nearby area are great.
Staff is still super-nice and available to assist you from additional water bottles to room repairs.

Cons:

Maintenance is limping: we had a problem straight away (23pm) with the toilet in our room and after informing the Reception the morning after it was fixed by noon.
Furniture is aging, specially in the bathroom

A wonderful relaxing haven in stunning Santorini
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Palm Island Suites. We booked a junior suite with a private pool and it was fantastic to have a private terrace and our own pool for a dip. The location is very peaceful with beautiful sea views and as we were there in June we got sun all day until around 6pm. The staff were wonderful especially in the bar / restaurant. Food was delicious and we felt thoroughly relaxed the entire stay. I would recommend hiring a car to get out and about. We did this based on previous reviews and would advise the same.

Cons:

The only thing which could be improved is the road leading up to the hotel which is very gravelly and bumpy and so you have to drive very very slowly to keep tyres intact!

Des vacances de rêve - A Dream Vacation

Nous avons absolument adoré ce séjour à Santorin ! La vue était à couper le souffle, l’hôtel en lui-même est complet mais à taille humaine — une vraie pépite nichée dans le calme. La chambre était magnifique, et le personnel d’une gentillesse remarquable. Les personnes en charge du petit-déjeuner sont tout simplement géniales.

We absolutely loved our stay in Santorini! The view was breathtaking, the hotel itself is fully equipped yet intimate — a real hidden gem tucked away in a peaceful setting. The room was stunning, and the staff were remarkably kind. The people in charge of breakfast are simply wonderful.

Cons:

Rien de particulier, je dirais que ce serait un 10/10 si l’eau de la piscine était chauffée. Mais honnêtement, il fait tellement chaud à Santorin que ce n’est pas vraiment une nécessité.

Nothing in particular — I’d say it’s a 10/10 if the pool water were heated. But honestly, it’s so hot in Santorini that it’s not really a necessity.

סהכ ארוחת הבוקר היתה טובה מאד.הוגשה בצורת בופה
לפעמים היו חסרים ירקות וגבינות אבל אחרי בקשה הצלחות התמלאו שוב.
