Tranquilo, podría mejorar aprovechando su buena ubicación
Pros:

El desayuno es bueno, desayuno tipo buffet.
La salida a la playa

Cons:

Poca variedad en la carta del Restautant en el.almuerzo y cena y la relación calidad precio.
El acceso para llegar no está bien señalizado, y la pista es trocha de parte tierra y parte afirmada.
La piscina temperada era pequeña casi un jacuzzi.
Se nos extravio una prenda de vestir y no apareció, a pesar de hacerlo de conocimiento del personal

Mala experiencia
Pros:

Tiene buena infraestructura, una piscina grande, cancha de fulbito y acceso sencillo a la playa, el personal es amable.

Cons:

Todo lo demás está mal. Las instalaciones están deterioradas, hay óxido en el metal, las puertas de madera están hinchadas, la piscina de niños estaba turbia y solo la dejaron temperada el lunes, y como acto excepcional. Ante mi queja dijeron que el martes la prenderían pero recién estaría a las 5pm. Nos hacen sentir q nos hacen un favor para usar algo q publicitan en la descripción. Los vidrios del rooftop muy sucios, al igual que los muebles, las sombrillas de la piscina o las colchonetas. Los cuartos olían a trapo sucio cada que limpiaban, el deodorizador que usaron el primer día, olía mal. No había personal en la piscina entregando toallas, había q ir hasta la recepción. En el restaurante no había Pizza, ceviche o hamburguesas, los platos son muy pequeños para lo que cuestan, tuve que salir a comer a 20km de ahí; porque no hay nada cerca. Iba a dejar una nota en el libro de reclamaciones, pero eso es privado, prefiero dejar mis anotaciones en Booking y en redes donde se publicitan.

Relax total y comodidad excelente
Pros:

Hotel grande, las habitaciones muy comodas, el personal muy gentil, la piscina excelente, el roof top en la noche tiene una piscina tipo jacuzzi temperada excelente para la noche, la fogata en playa con los mashmelows , genial, una linda estadia para pasar en familia, recomendado 100%

Cons:

No todas las barras y servicos estaban activos , se entiende xq estamos en temporada baja

Cons:

La limpieza, los insumos de tocador son industriales, falta de personal de limpieza, el personal de limpieza no se da abasto por el tamaño del club, los precios de la carta lo que son las entradas muy elevados como el cebiche S/.64 y los tragos de la carta más parecen jugos.

We love it but...
Pros:

Breakfast was good but not much to choose from.

Cons:

We were got by their sales team to buy their Vacation club. Not really a fan of that kind of approach too pricy for what it is. The access to the hotel needs improvement. We arrived and the room had two cockroaches walking around, the TV system was not working when we arrived. Room service only available until 2300. And they forbid to bring your own food. No minibar available, the device was there but empty. The door to the room was gripped so you need to push it very strong (room 105). To oprn and close. Lights were flickering. Bedroom did not have curtains, just the blackouts. Ammenities at the hotel were good the beach is nice, food service at the beach awesome. No drinks served on sunday!
