Great stay!
Pros:

Staff were exceptionally friendly! Thankyou for making our stay so enjoyable!
Brekkie was always delicious 😋
Room was clean and tidy (we've had some bad experiences with large hotels before so we were pleasantly surprised with how clean everything was!)🫶
Hotel made our stay with my friends smallish human as comfortable as they could, it did seem more of a business hotel, but they did awesome regardless ✨

The service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every part of my experience exceeded my expectations, and I truly felt valued as a guest. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

It was such a comfortable stay and we didn't want to leave
Pros:

Awesome rooms. Great decore and furniture. Lighting was excellent and the size of the room was awesome. Really enjoyed staying there and the kitchen was so handy

Cons:

The room cleaning service trolleys and vacuum cleaners are being left in the corridors randomly 24 hours per day. It really took away from the visual amenity

It was a very bad experiance.
Pros:

Location was not bad but everything else was terrible.

Cons:

Had to move rooms three times due to appliances not working, and not being able to contact staff through the room phone. When I finally got a room to stay in the room heater did not work. Would Not recommend.

Super comfy beds, room spacious for family of 4, close to Anzac station & teams, staff helpful, car safe & garaged, breakie was yum 😋...good idea to order a meal each then have cold options....less waste!

We were there to see Disney on ice was a great place to stay would recommend and will be back

Was really clean and friendly beds nice and comfy, amazing hot water and good pressure

Was a touch hard to find at first but maybe because I wasn’t looking hard enough. But found it in the end
