Pros:

Some staff members are very pleasant, always smiling and ready to help us as Serdar and Eren. The spa service and staff are very pleasant!
Breakfast is highly recommended

Cons:

1) the smell of cigarettes in the corridors of the 4th floor, which is considered non-smoking
2) the laundry service that brought back our clothes, supposedly washed and ironed, with a strong smell of cigarettes – an express service that ultimately lasted 48 hours
3) the lack of communication and efficiency from the reception staff – we had arrived with our car, which we had left in the hotel parking lot – resulted in the police contacting us after three days to move the vehicle, even though we had reported its presence at check-in.
4) the soundproofing in the rooms is terrible, and the doors slam all night, making it impossible to rest.

All these little problems combined bothered us during our week-long stay; it's not what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel.

Uitstekend verblijf met moderne kamers en een geweldige hamam
Pros:

De moderne kamers, de hamam (met familiekamer), de uitstekende valet service (zeer vriendelijk en snel) en geweldige hotelpersoneel.

Cons:

Het kinderzwembad was voor ons kindje te koud.

Otaqlar çox təmiz və rahat idi. İşçilər gülərüz və yardımsevər idilər. Otaqda hədiyyə meyvə vardı.

Cons:

Diş fırçası və diş macunu, təraş seti, hamam xələtləri olmadığı üçün narazı qaldım. Bu qiymətə olmalı idilər.
