Everything was perfect, a little expensive but to be expected for the time of year and area!
Room was clean, staff were friendly, and breakfast was lovely, served fresh to your table.

The temperature of the room was very warm
The hotel was in a good location a short walk to the town centre. We dined in the restaurant on one night and the food was delicious. Breakfast was nice too. Lovely spacious lounge , there was music on both nights of our stay.
Our room overlooked a busy road and it was noisy from early in the morning.
Location is excellent: quiet, close to town centre. Car parking facilities. Excellent management. Attentive and very pleasant staff.
We had no complaints: everything was satisfactory for our requirements.

Room decor and carpet.
Room was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Restaurant service and food was excellent.
Room was facing busy road and so we had to have window closed and fan on.

All the staff - from reception (especially the brilliant Aine and Shauna) and everyone in the breakfast room were welcoming, accommodating and provided some great help and advice. (Special mentions also for local taxi driver Danny Ryan, who was recommended by reception and was an absolute legend and local historian Kathleen Villiers-Tuthill, again recommended, who provided a super local walking tour) I'm a solo female traveller and felt safe, comfortable and looked after throughout my stay. The weather wasn't great but the whole stay experience certainly was!
Just a small niggle - purely a personal preference - was having a shower curtain. It was perfectly clean but I always prefer shower screens in hotel rooms.
