DO NOT GO HERE
Pros:

Only position and breakfast, the only 2 points this place deserves.

Cons:

What an embarrassing experience.

This “hotel” was a huge disappointment, especially considering its 8.9 rating on Booking.com.

First of all, the receptionist was extremely cold and unwelcoming. She made us feel like we were bothering her rather than being guests. She asked us what time we would have breakfast (which was never explained as necessary) and maintained a dismissive attitude throughout the interaction.

However, the biggest issue was the unacceptable level of cleanliness and maintenance of the room. We found, one after another:
- dirty bed sheets with concerning dark spots that raised serious hygiene concerns;
- dirty towel with what looked like a faded blood stain;
- loose bathroom hanger that was not properly fixed;
- large coffee ring stain on the bathroom sink;
- bedside lamp that was not working;
- dust everywhere.

These are not small details — they are basic standards that should never be an issue in any hotel, especially one charging this price.

The breakfast experience was also disappointing. We arrived only a few minutes after the breakfast start time and were immediately told “you’re late!” by the person managing breakfast, despite no clear explanation beforehand that arriving at exactly 8:30 was mandatory. The service overall felt inexperienced and unprofessional.

All of this for the price of €296.50 for one night for two people makes the experience even harder to justify.

You really did all your best to deserve this review. Embarrassing how you really have potential to be a 5 star hotel - but you prefer to be arrogant towards your customers and extremely neglecting with the minimum standards of cleanliness and maintenance of your rooms.

SHAME ON YOU.

Nice hotel with great restaurant
Pros:

Great hotel. The restaurant was top notch.

Cons:

Our room was not cleaned during the stay. It's likely our fault as we returned too early to the room during the afternoon. The parking is a bit cahotic.

Stylish hotel in excellent location, but bedrooms a bit tired and in need of an uplift.
Pros:

Stylish hotel in excellent location, close to town centre, with good parking. Breakfast very good and well organised. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Bedroom a bit tired and in need of an uplift, but clean and functional. No air conditioning but fan provided. Comfortable bed but very heavy duvet for this unusually hot summer season.

We loved it there and the staff, they should be the benchmark for all hotels in how hotel staff and managers conduct the
Pros:

The staff, they were just fantastic!! A very homely atmosphere due to their interaction with guests. It made the stay so good.

Cons:

Road noise due to the windows in the bedroom as the room was facing the main road.
