We were booked in this hotel as I had a surgery booked .we couldn't of been in a better place absolutely fantastic staff very accommodating kind spoke good English food was good bedrooms were very comfortable 😀

Cons:

Housekeeping service was below expectations. Dirty glasses remained in the room for over five nights, despite my personal request to housekeeping to remove them.

The laundry service was also disappointing. I sent three shirts for dry cleaning and pressing, including a premium white shirt with an oil stain. The delivery was delayed until the night before my check-out, leaving me no opportunity to inspect the items. After returning home, I discovered that the stained shirt had not been properly treated and appeared to have been washed as a regular white garment, causing the stain to become permanently set into the fabric.

The air-conditioning unit was extremely noisy. The hotel’s response was that the noise level was normal, but it was disruptive enough that I had to switch off the circuit breaker every night in order to sleep.

The hotel is very modern and spacious. Breakfast was amazing and there was many food choices to suit anyone.
Gym, swimming pools are great to use.

Room service has a number of delicious local dishes and standard food options delivered to you at very good prices and quickly.

I recommend restaurant on 15th floor , food is just delicious and views spectacular.

Cons:

Wi-fi did not work and despite connecting succesfully could not access any websires or hotel services. Had to use esim card.

Rooms were not cleaned properly I am afraid. Dust was everywhere and the carpets were stained.
Pools seemed to not be cleaned and we found plenty of items inside the pools which was disgusting.
