Don’t assume you’ll get your room- we didn’t.
Pros:

Nice looking in when we drove up and beautiful lobby.

Cons:

The inn overbooked themselves and cancelled our confirmed reservation 20 minutes before our arrival leaving us with no place to stay on a very busy booked up Saturday night in Kamloops. They only notified us by email, couldn’t even be bothered to call us so we did not know the room was cancelled until we were at the front desk. They had no suggestions for other places to stay and left us to figure it out after a long day of travel to Kamloops.

Pros:

It would have been quiet but for the generator outside the window

Cons:

We aren’t people who complain but this wasn’t good. Room wasn’t ready despite arriving after check in time. ‘Up grade’ replacement room didn’t have a view of the river, air con was so loud and inefficient we had to unplug it. No kettle although supposedly a kitchenette in the room. Loud generator noise outside the window all night meant we hardly slept, plus hot as we had to turn off the air con. WiFi constantly dropping out and noone in reception to checkout- we had to hunt someone down.

Cons:

Kitchen staff left work and the place is without cooks. Very limited foods. No mini fridge nor microwave in the rooms either.

The facility met our needs but won't be on my return list.
Pros:

Room was very comfortable.

Cons:

Lack of a real restaurant was disappointing. Breakfast at the grab and go consisted of granola bars or chocolate chip muffins! Not particularly inviting or nutritious.

Emplacement paisible
Pros:

La tranquillité et la propreté des lieux. Le lit était très confortable. L’enregistrement a été très rapide. Des muffins et du café sont offerts, ce qui est très apprécié.

Cons:

Il n’y a pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre. L’emplacement est assez éloigné du centre-ville (environ 20 km)

Disappointing
Cons:

We visited this hotel twice before. It is getting old and tired and needs some repairs and updating. The staff try hard but they are limited as to what they have to work with.
I hope the new owner has the capability to turn this around.

Schöne Unterkunft am Fluss
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön auf einem Ranch-artigen Gelände. Die Terrassen der Zimmer haben einen sehr schönen Blick auf den Fluss.

Cons:

Man hört die am gegenüberliegenden Flussufer vorbeifahrenden, langen Züge.

The location and ease to find was great however the food facility was poor
Pros:

Location was great plus the room was clean and large with excellent balcony overlooking the golf driving range
