Great if you need a bed while mostly out
Pros:

This one is a mix bag. There were some gold things and some things that could be improved.
The location of the place worked well for my needs. It was located away from the main street. The building was multipurpose. So only the second floor had rooms.
The double room I stayed in was good size. Had all that I needed for my stay. The room service was good. Whenever I needed food, I was able to order it from the restaurant. Also whenever I reques staff was always happy to clean the room.
Overall, I had an okay stay based on location and room facilities, and due to the fact that I was mostly outside.
But it is value for money.

Cons:

I think the room I was in was right under the kitchen, which was on 3rd floor l.. So around 5.00 in the morning, a lot of noise strat to come through from the 3rd floor, which disturbed my sleep. Also, either due to other people staying in other rooms or due to reception staff watching tv or talking, there was also a lot of noise in the corridor throughout the day sometimes.
I also personally didn't like the fact that some of the bedding had stains. When I inquired about it, staff said that it is normal due to the fact that people eat oily food in the rooms. I was quite surprised by that answer as that was the first time I heard of something like that as an excuse for beddings having stains.

i sufferd full body pains that over night sleep on spring bed

The beds are not comfortable i was sufferd with full body pains . spring bed are comfortable in short time but over bight sleeping is not good please change the mattress

I will say that its definitely more than lodge but not 3 or 2 star hotel or may be just basic hotel
Pros:

The hotel is close to Chaitanyapuri metro station on a walkable distance. The room has gyzer for 24*7 hot water and AC is working fine with good quality bed for good sleep and comfort. The location and its surroundings is clean and neat and little safe is the only plus points. Room size was 'Ok' with room having single wardrobe. The room was having kettle for hot water and 2 glass (though they were not clean) without coffee/tea mixture kits :(

Cons:

The room service was poor. They didn't provided 1-2 water bottles at least during check-in. The bathroom were just having 2 bottles (1 hand wash and 1 body wash). The hotel staff didn't provided any other kit like tooth paste, brush, etc. They provided tooth paste after multiple requests with disappointment. The bigger disappointment was the hotel was registered on booking platform with nice picture of breakfast and 'breakfast option' as we selected during booking but during actual check-in we got reveled that hotel doesn't have in-house kitchen or even they don't want to serve with breakfast option. This has disturbed our day-1 plan as we need to communicate this to booking customer care service to readjust our booking amount. This caused problems everyday during morning as we need to leave hotel without breakfast we struggled to find breakfast place everyday. Most of the pictures of this hotel on booking platform are 'fake'. There was also some noise from above floor in hotel rooms.
