Pros:

Buena ubicación. Lugar limpio. La piscina bien.

Cons:

Excepción de una recepcionista que fue grosera al momento de retirarme. El resto del personal fue amable, hubieron varias en recepción que me atendieron muy bien. Solo está persona no. Cuando solicite una toalla extra por el tema que la necesitaba para la piscina, también fue grosera. La comida un poco cara.

La señora morena del turno de la mañana encargada de atender a una clienta salió con carácter pésimo y cara de no buenos amigos por lo que optamos irnos a otro hotel desgraciadamente al ser atendidos de esa manera no dan ganas de hospedarse

My dad always told me "you get what you pay for and a little less". This was absolutely the case.
Pros:

Staff was courteous and helpful, and I appreciated there being a restaurant and rooftop outdoor space onsite.

Cons:

The area was noisy and walls and windows didn't do much to block the noise. There was a neighbor blasting music the entire night until 5am. The quietest time to get any sleep was actually during the day when you constantly hear loud engines and cars honking their horns in the morning. I only stayed one night, but the bathroom shower floor was so dingy, I didn't even take a shower while I was there because I was uncomfortable. The AC in my room didn't cool very well (however, the AC units were fine in other family member's rooms).

Cumplía con la relación precio/ calidad

Cons:

El hotel estaba con humedad por todas partes. Al llegar tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación porque olía mucho a humedad. Nos cambiaron amablemente pero luego nos dimos cuenta que el olor estaba en todos lados. La piscina estaba en reparación y quizás de allí provenía tanta humedad. No había ascensor de servicio así es que habitualmente nos topamos con las personas que trabajaban en la reparación de la piscina subiendo herramientas 😅
