Pros:

The first time we stayed here, we had a great experience. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which is why we decided to book this place again. Unfortunately, our second stay was very disappointing.

The cleanliness was nowhere near the same standard as before. The bedsheets did not appear to be clean, and after sleeping on them, my girlfriend developed intense itching and red spots on her skin. This has never happened to her before, so we were very concerned about the hygiene of the bedding. Clean linens should be a basic expectation for every guest.

Another issue was the TV remote. It barely worked and was extremely frustrating to use. We reported the issue, and the staff did try to fix it by replacing the batteries, which we appreciated. However, after only about three days, the remote stopped working properly again. It became frustrating to keep dealing with the same issue for the rest of our stay. Something as simple as a functioning TV remote should not be an ongoing problem, especially during a longer stay.

Overall, it felt like the quality of the accommodation had significantly declined since our first visit. We booked again because of the excellent experience we had previously, but this time we were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and the apparent lack of attention to guest comfort. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the cleanliness and maintenance of the property so that future guests can have the same positive experience we had during our first stay.

Pros:

Amazing condo. So comfortable. View for swimming gpool. Very quiet. The owner so friendly. Smooth check-in. No need to wait for anything after long flight. This is how ideal stay should look like. 5/5

Gutes Apartment in sichere Lage für 2 Personen
Pros:

Für 2 Personen ist es ein sehr angenehmes und komfortables Apartment. Die Größe entspricht eher dem eines durchschnittlichen Hotelzimmers, es ist aber gut ausgestattet. Check In lief reibungslos und der Kontakt mit der Verwaltung war gut. Umgebung ist auch spät abends sicher.

Cons:

Die Ausziehcouch für Person 3 oder gar 4 ist sehr schmal, maximal ein Erwachsener oder zwei zehnjährige Kinder und nicht besonders bequem. Die Rückenlehne der Coach kann umgeklappt werden war bei uns nicht der Fall. Deshalb war erste Nacht sehr unkomfortabel für unseren erwachsenen Sohn.

Good for a short stay
Pros:

The place us very comfortable for a weekend or a week as is a small studio
Very close to the Mall and other restaurants which make it very confortable.
Big smart TV in front of the bed.
Good water pressure.

Cons:

The passcode for the door didn’t work, so we need to wait and go again down to take a Key.

Best quiet room and everything is close to you
Pros:

Great location, not far from MOA. Plenty of restaurants and stores ,Laundry etc nearby.
The place was clean and comfortable!
The host is so helpful and cooperative help me many time,
Frankly it was the best stay i had in Manila

Cons:

Pasay is located near the airport so you might some aircraft noises from time to time
