EXECELENTE LUGAR FANTASTICAS PERSONAS
Pros:

Lo mejor a destacar es la atencion del personal, fueron muy atentos y amables, estaban presentes en cualquier necesidad que teniamos Ahmed fue un gran afitrion aconsejando excursiones lindas y a buen precio, Nemer fue una gran persona muy atento y cordial, siempre estubo a nuestra disposicion. La instalaciones son muy adecuadas bien cuidadas una terraza hermosa con vista a las piramides con lindas meses, la habitacion amplia con aire acondicionado, alquile un auto y habia cochera bien cuidada. En definitiva HERMOSO LUGAR MUY RECOMENDABLE SEGURO VOLVERÉ

Cons:

Lo unico que hubiera estado muy bien es una piscina, que la tv tenga entretenimiento para mas idiomas, habria que arreglar un poquito la cocina para preparar comidas, despues todo estaba muy bien.

Отель расположен возле самих пирамид, идти буквально 3 минуты.. С общей веранды и балкона тоже вид на пирамиды.. Персонал очень дружелюбный, во всём помогают, организовали поездку в Новый египетский музей и в Саккару..

Cons:

В отеле вообще отсутствует вайфай, от слова совсем!!! Сим-карту покупайте в офисах, а не на улице, купили на улице и она работала буквально три дня!! Хотя было куплено 20 Гб..

The hotel staff is very good although the location is bit out from the center Cairo, but if plan to visit places across Pyramids then this option is best.

The view

Cons:

Staff are so rude, since the beginning, rooms don’t look like the pictures at all, we booked a specious room with view, when we came the gave us a room with no view ( facing a wall )

기자 피라미드 매표소와 가까움

영어 가능한 직원이 없음. 사전 고지 없이 현금 달러로 숙박료 받음.
주인이 I love Korea 하길래 나도 예의상 I love Egypt 했더니 갑자기 팔 벌리면서 안아준다고 함.
건물이 뒷골목에 있어서 조용한데 문제는 건물 내부 방음이 잘 안됨. 바람만 불면 다른 방의 문 덜컹이는 소리가 들림.
누가 쓴 종이컵이 객실 비품으로 있고, 위생용품은 비누 한 개조차 없음. 침대 시트에 남의 머리카락 있음.
옷장을 열어보니 헤어드라이기 빈 상자와 이무렇게나 구겨진 담요가 들어있음.
