I would like to file a formal complaint regarding my stay at your hotel, which was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

What makes this even more disappointing is that this trip was our honeymoon. Before our arrival, I contacted the hotel to let you know that we were celebrating this very special occasion, hoping everything would be prepared to make our stay memorable. Unfortunately, the exact opposite happened.

From the moment I made the reservation, I felt misled by the information and photographs used to advertise the room. I booked a room advertised as approximately 39 square meters, with a sea view and a private jacuzzi. However, the room we were given was nothing like what had been advertised. It was extremely small, no more than 12 square meters, and completely different from the room shown in the photos.

In addition, the promised sea view simply did not exist. The room was located on the side of the building, offering only a partial side view, which was nothing like the beautiful sea view presented in the listing.

Another point that I consider misleading was the jacuzzi. The photos clearly gave the impression that the jacuzzi was part of the room, providing a private and intimate experience. Instead, we discovered that it was located outside the room, completely different from what had been advertised.

The condition of the room was also unacceptable. There was water leaking in the bathroom, and several light switches were loose and coming out of the wall, showing poor maintenance and what appeared to be unsafe electrical installations.

Housekeeping was equally disappointing. On several days, our room was not cleaned at all. On the only day housekeeping came, they simply made the bed but did not clean the bathroom, the floor, or any other part of the room. We spent most of our stay in a dirty room.

The staff’s behavior was also extremely disappointing.

Pokój z bocznym widokiem na morze - kompletna klapa widok na morze jest jedynie wtedy kiedy wyjdzie się z pokoju, w tego typi pokojach małe okna przez co są ciemne, przed tym pokojem jedynie stolik i dwa krzesła. Nie było o tym mowy w opisie ani na zdjęciach. W związku z faktem, że zależało mi ma przestrzeni do siedzenia gdyż byłam z psem i siedzenie na krześle lub tylko w pokoju nie wchodziło w grę, właściciel po mojej wyrażeniu chęci zmiany hotelu “załatwił” mi zamianę na pokój z przestrzenią do siedzdnia na dworze niestyty za sporą dopłatą (pokój ten w ofercie bookingu jest w takiej samej cenie jak ten “z bocznym widokiem na morze”). Do jakiegokolwiek sklepu minimum 20 minut na piechotę, do miasta podobnoe i niestety dość niebezpieczną drogą. Wypożyczenie samochodu lub zamawianie jedzenia w obiekcie w bardzo wysokich cenach. Transfer lotniskowy cena nie adekwatna do odległości lepiej zamawić przez booking - 3 razy taniej.

I don’t think anybody will not like anything of the property. All good.

Desi mentiona ca are receptie, nu exista la locatie, pe mine m-ar fi ajutat sa ma pot schimba si sa stau la piscina pana a fost camera gata (asta pentru ca am ajuns mult prea devreme si nu ma induram sa pierd timpul) - e o problema personala, oricum camera a fost gata putin inainte de ora check in-ului.
Nu sunt magazine in apropiere (se pot face livrari sau va puteti lua voi inainte apa si ce preferati sa consumati).
