According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Falta oferecer vinho no restaurante. Temos que prestigiar a produção gaúcha que é motivo de atração para o turismo.

Atendimento por telefone falta de atenção dos recepcionistas, não respondem wattssapp, não retornam ligação para o quarto, cobertor com mal cheiro, esquecemos no quarto um pijama e enviamos mensagem para o hotel não tivemos retorno, fomos até o hotel e o recepcionista simplesmente respondeu que não foi localizado, e não deu atenção a situação, enfim ficamos no prejuízo do pijama esquecido no quarto do hotel. Falta de educação de um profissional mal humorado do estacionamento.
Não servem vinho no restaurante!
Com toda a produção gaúcha não promover uma bebida que tem o apelo turístico da serra e da campanha é uma falha.
