Stunning!
Pros:

Absolutely stunning. Amazing architecture, views, facilities and activities (loved the free yoga). The staff is very sweet!

Cons:

The restaurant has plenty of options but the food does not meet the price tag. AC was very loud and bathroom shower was leaking.

One of my favourite vacation spots . So looking forward to return . People of Samana are so nice and it’s surely a safe

I loved the property . The minute you walked onto the lobby the view of the waterfront it’s breathtaking. Front desk Carolina was so nice and make sure we were happy with our accommodations.
The staff is kind , attentive and genuine . Breakfast was fantastic, meals were nourishing and healthy , we had fresh juices every morning . Then for me , having daily morning yoga sessions with Angelina followed by a meditation session was a huge boost to the way my days were unfolding . There’s just so many positive things I could say about this location that i don’t know where to start and finish . Overall experience was amazing !

Alles hat uns gefallen

Cons:

Wir haben zum Frühstück 2 Cappuccinos und die wurden uns separat mit 10 US Dollar belastet. Finde ich sehr schade, dass sich ein so gutes Haus in etwas Milchschaum verlieht!!!

You pay for the view and the food
Pros:

I think this hotel has the best view in Las Galeras. I was impressed how well maintained was the garden, the breakfast was very delicious, with a lot of options. The yoga class is a plus but it would be great if the hotel had a gym as well. The room and the common areas were very clean. Restaurant and cleaning staff very helpful and polite

Cons:

I did not like that they did not charge the price from my credit card as it was said. We arrived there and they gave me a bill in DOP -peso dominicano (even though in all other hotels/hostels/private homes we could pay directly in USD). It would not have been a problem but when they transformed the price in USD into national currency they used an exchange rate much bigger than the official one. We ended up paying 20 USD more than it was said in my booking. Though the difference is not big what bothered me the most was that they did not informed us about the exchange rate. When I finally saw my account statement and I asked the front office employee (the yoga teacher) she was very unhelpful. She told me that was the politics of the hotel. For four stars hotel this is unacceptable.

No todo lo que dice booking es verdadero
Pros:

La belleza del hotel y de su entorno.
La atención del personal del restoran

Cons:

El acceso al 2o piso es sólo por escala y subir y bajar maletas es complicado para tercera edad.
Las piezas no tienen TV
No tiene playa como se promociona en booking, sólo acceso directo al agua del mar.
Hay servicios de restoración que promocionan en booking y no son verdaderos
