Lovely small hotel, great location but no access to the beach

Comfort at Puerto Libre
Pros:

Hotel Puerto Libre was very nice. The ocean view was spectacular, I woke up to that view everyday. Great location for food & activities & not just the tourist traps.
The staff was great, attentive & welcoming.

Cons:

No microwave in the room & no communal microwave in the restaurant area. I always have left overs or I may buy food I want to eat later or the next day. The restaurant did warm up my food for me but only in the day time, the restaurant closes at 2pm..

The WIFI & television signal was very spotty. I did let the staff know & maintenance was sent promptly to my room. Howevet, after 2 atrempts to fix the issue, the signal was still spotty.

The bathroom fixtures can use a better cleaning. Mirror, faucets (sink & shower)

Excelente servicio
Pros:

Muy centrico, esta muy bonito el hotel, limpio, son muy atentos en recepción, esta cerca del centro puedes ir caminando.
A las playas puedes irte en transporte o rentar auto.
La piscina es muy pequeña pero funcional

me parecido raro por la que cobraban no tenia servicio de desayuno
y el bar no atendía ese dis ni agau avia

el hotel muy lindo pero el servicio muy malo, no tenia desayuno ni el bar no atendía,,,muy mala experiencia me tuve que ir a otro hotel que cobraban mas barato y con desayuno y frente al mar el hotel se llamada b Cozumel

Habitaciones cómodas
Pros:

La habitación, muy grande, mobiliario moderno y con mucho espacio para guardar cosas. El baño bonito. La ubicación, muy cerca del ferry, que te permite desplazarte fácilmente.

Cons:

Solo que el estacionamiento es chico, y si no encuentras lugar ahí, afuera es muy dificil poder estacionar. Tener opcion de agregar dedayuno estaría super!

Pros:

מקום מאוד נקי, מזמין, חדש, צוות נעים שעזר והיה חברותי. בריכה קטנה עם נוף לים. אפילו נתנו מקום לחניה עם שער לקטנוע.

Cons:

הייתי נותן 10 אם לא היו כמה חוקים נוקשים, כמו העובדה שאסור לעשן בכלל בבניין (גם לא במרפסת ובמסעדה הפתוחה), או אי-גמישות מוחלטת בכל מיני נהלים קטנים. אבל מי שלא מעשן לא תהיה לו בעיה פה בכלל
