A comfortable and memorable stay with exceptional service, thoughtful touches, and a unique experience from start to fin
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Shanghai North Bund. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and a great atmosphere. A special thank you to the reception team for allowing us to check in early and for the complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special.
We would also like to commend Jerry from the concierge team, who was exceptional throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, always with a smile and great attention to detail. The housekeeping team also did an excellent job keeping our room clean, comfortable, and well-maintained every day.
We also loved the hotel’s cute robot delivery service — it was such a fun and unique touch that made the experience even more memorable and added to the hotel’s modern feel.

Cons:

We honestly had a pleasant stay overall and did not experience any major issues.

Home way from home.
Pros:

The service is exceptional as normal. Especially Jerry the concierge. Helped me to sort out a taxi situation when I arrived from the airport who was trying to charge double the rate.

Pros:

酒店整體環境讓人感到很舒適，睡了兩晚感覺，邊邊角角痕乾淨、床也很舒服，早餐的品類也很多。

最令人感到滿意的是酒店禮賓部的Jerry，很積極為我們介紹了很多餐廳也關心我們作為遊客有否遇到困難。最後還幫我們安排了舒適的車前往浦東機場。

Cons:

暫時沒有，不過如果酒店可以像某些五星酒店那樣每天晚上送點水果，那就更好了。

Un hotel fantástico, superó nuestras expectativas por completo!
Pros:

Un hotel increible, nos encantó todo: la comodidad de las habitacions, el buffet, la limpieza, el servicio y el personal son excelentes, a destacar Jerry en la entrada que nos ayudó muchísimo a conseguir el transfer hasta el aeropuerto para irnos. Si volvemos a Shanghai repetimos seguro!

Pros:

Was a bit unhappy on the extra charge paid for the private club lounge facilty even though it was not provided as the hotel was having some renovation on the club. We were told to use the lobby. Which was not private. The hotel should not sell or charge extraon the room with private club .

Чистый отель, номер с душем и ванной с видом на город, дорогая косметика

Cons:

Расположение. Хотя сам отель рядом с достопримечательностями, район неудачный, особо погулять негде, сразу лучше ехать на такси. Персонала не видели от слова вообще, такое ощущение, что не особо хотят контактировать. Взяли депозит 200 юаней на каждый день, в других отелях в Шанхае об этом и слова не было. При раннем заезде доплатили 80$, я понимаю есть такие правила, но мы не первый год путешествуем и посетили много отелей в мире, так вот везде и всегда, если есть свободный номер - заселяют бесплатно. Некритично, просто рассказываю другим будущим посетителям

I have every right in the world to be angry, because your hotel is a fake five-star—it’s a three-star at best. Let me list the bad experiences:
Starting with the concierge, who runs his own little side deals by recommending nearby restaurants or a “friend” with a taxi. Or maybe I’m even more upset because you turn off the heating at night and I had to sleep cold in a “five-star” hotel.
On top of that, you lost my glasses. And the ground-floor restaurant is not only expensive—it’s terrible. I ordered the beef, the most expensive dish, and what I got was a piece of junk: tough as a rock and completely tasteless. My wife was served two lamb chops that wouldn’t fill a tooth.
Of course I’m angry—your hotel is a scam. You hide behind the prestigious Sofitel name, but what you actually deliver is a miserable experience.

GREAT HOTEL TO ENJOY SHANGHAI AND THE BUND

Nice new hotel close to the BUND. Big room and confortable. You can walk to the mall and great views from Shanghai.
