Pros:

The location of the property was good. I really enjoyed the breakfast. The buffet breakfast had a sufficient variety.

Cons:

There are two hotels with the same name. I booked based on the pictures, but the one I stayed in was on a very narrow alley. Buildings were very close together, and the view was terrible. If I had seen those pictures, I would definitely have preferred the one by the sea. I left the hotel a day early due to my flight, but when I arrived early in the morning, they said I couldn't have breakfast. This upset me because I wasn't going to use my breakfast allowance on the last day anyway. There were insects in my room. I told them, and they fumigated the room, but the next day the insects were back again. This is a significant problem that must be solved. The water in the bathroom is very low, which makes showering take a long time. The room towels are very old and definitely need to be replaced.

Excellent place where one can attend conferences, workshops and enjoy at the same time.
Pros:

The location is excellent. It is wonderful to be on the seafront. The staff was very welcoming and attentive.

Cons:

Perfection does not exist> I was happy with what was offered.

Not terrible.
Pros:

The location was pretty good. It’s definitely in the center of everything and gives you an opportunity to walk to various food options. The staff was extremely nice. Breakfast had various options.

Cons:

The hotel style wasn't the best to my preference. The city tax on the hotel for every night wasn’t expected. The shower didn’t have curtains.

A great place to relax & explore in Zanzibar
Pros:

Great location, 3 lovely pools, good breakfast with ocean views.
Beach sunloungers were supplied, very relaxing.
Plenty to do in the area, sunset cruises, markets, a walk to Freddy Mercury museum.
Hotel room was clean and had everything you need to be comfortable.

Pros:

The location was great, the rooms big and spacious. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. I think it was also quite quiet.

Cons:

It did not bother us but people with mobility may note it's an old building with no lift and can be on 2nd floor.

Pros:

Great stay with professional, welcoming and very friendly staff both at front desk and restaurants . The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was very good, and the location next to the sea and stonetown touristic area made it even more enjoyable.


Overall, a great experience and I would definitely consider staying again.

Cons:

Our room was on 3rd floor at Tembo apartment without lift.
